Our waitress was amazing! However the food was gross. Calamari was ok, tuna tartare top was frozen, order a New York steak medium which was overdone & so tough was hard to eat! Waitress offered to change it but didn't want to wait. Friend ordered sirloin with shrimp, it too was overdone & she sent he's back. Waited a while for it to be replaced but was definitely better. Not impressed & definitely won't return!
Overall a good meal. The hot crab cake & the saumon on the plank was very good. The grilled octopus was slightly overcooked. The water was room temperature, not cold.
The service was very good.

Went with my family, first time at Lucille's, we were serviced by Carla, who I must say was very knowledgeable out the menu & made us feel very welcomed.
Will definitely go back!

i really recommend this place the service is really good especially the buser Aiden that was serving my table he was very polite making sure i had everything was to my liking he always made sure our waters were filled & if we wanted our drinks to be refilled.
Was there on a Monday night for my daughter's birthday. Good food! My fillet mignon was perfect. My mum had the rack of lamb & loved it. Others enjoyed their food too.
Our dinner was fantastic thanks to Baptiste. He was warm, professional, & anticipated everything we needed without ever feeling intrusive. He truly elevated our night. Merci, Baptiste!

Amazing service from start to finish! The management team was incredibly accommodating as it was a walk-in with a few colleagues of mine. The food was excellent & well priced. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience!'
It's the Lucille's everyone knows & loves but wanted to call out that it's surprisingly a very kid friendly option to add to your rotation if your dinners are early enough in the evening.
Great kids menu & lots of options from regular menu for everyone. Quick, attentive service, with lots of room in the back if you have strollers.
