The food is always amazing! The reason I gave lower stars for the overall experience is because when we received the food the sauce for the fish & chips was spilt on our friends shirt & jeans. The server quickly apologized & said our bill would be adjusted for such a big mess on their clothing so early in the night. However nothing was actually done. From there I think our server forgot about us because we wanted to order dessert & coffees but after an hour we decided we would just flag him down & pay the bills.

I have been to this location a least a dozen times since it's official open years back. As always, I am pleased with the food & the service. This time however, I noticed that the staff is predominantly young & at around 9h30, when table started clearing & there were only at least 4 tables left, staff members started to group around the bar, our water included & started enjoying rounds of drinks & shots. I;m all for rewarding hard work to staff members, but it seems a bit unprofessional when staff members are drinking while patrons are still on premises.

Un peu de confusion avec les tables car on nous avait donné une table & après avoir recu mon verre on a du déménager de table ! disons que cela crée un malaise surtout quand nous sommes avec une 1ere date. Sinon pour le reste très bon service.

Lacked ambiance as we were sitting in the back with no one around.. pricey for a small plate of pasta & fish & chips for $119 tax included & 3 beers..most likely not return at those prices, particularly since this was lunch time & no lunch menu although I had seen a lunch menu online but was not offered it.

Did not like where we were seated.

I thought it was much too loud. Seated to close to other people.
Seated close to bathroom.

Prefer the Keg's atmosphere.

The food was good but should include at last two sides.

At Gibbys steak house the price is the same but they includes much more.

At Lucille's you have to pay for vegetables & even bread.

My son & I go to every steakhouse & we compare.

Gibbys so far is the best.

We will be trying 40 West next.
