Mention spécial au tartare de thon qui était bien réussi. Maxime notre serveur était très attentionné & professionnel. Nous avons passé une belle soirée.

Hi,
Service was excellent, & so was the food. Although the overall experience was dampened at the end of the night when I witnessed one of your kitchen crew use the restroom & not wash their hands & then proceeded to vape in my presence. I found that to be very unprofessional as well as unhygienic. Especially since I dine at Lucille's quite often, & it is a "go to" for entertaining clients (twice this week). I really hope that is not the norm, & that most of your crew are properly trained, especially when they are on the floor in front of clients. In the future I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I love Lucille's every time I come with my friends we always have a great time .. the vesper martini is the bomb .. the octopus & the sweet fries soooo good 😊 thank you for always making my nite amazing 🤩

We were 12 people. We were told to leave after 2.15 hours but it took 1.5 hours to get the food. Not cool at all. We will never go back as a group.

Comme j'aime bien le dire "Très belle découverte"! Nous y étions (groupe de 30) un mercredi & le resto était plein! Le service était fluide & nous nous somme même pas rendu compte que nous étions autant tellement ils sont efficaces. Service attentionné & le service est impeccable, tu demande une fois & ça arrive! Aucun oublis, pas besoin de répéter, aucun "niaisage". Qui fit centre d'achat dit Stationnement à profusion! ils peuvent accommoder les chaises roulantes, Bière sans alcool. Bonne carte des vins/drinks. "Merci Lucille!"

I had my friend visiting & he had a wonderful time at Lucille's. Do you do anything special for birthdays? I had mentioned in my reservation that it was a birthday thinking there would be a gratuitous something.

Heureusement que le resto est beau & les gens qui nous servent aiment leur emploi, parceque la nourriture n'a vraiment rien de spécial. Surtout pour le prix exorbitant !!! Mon ami a choisi des hamburgers , la boulette était petite & le pain était le plus commun qu'on achete en vente à 2 douzaine pour 5$. Ma guédille de supposément "homard" aussi présentée dans un pain très platte & ordinaire à hot-dog toasté était rempli de goberge. Mon conjoint a choisi le filet mignon , également rien de spécial ; un petit filet mignon sans a côté inclu pour le prix. Que de déception pour la nourriture. Je n'ai rien contre des pains à moindre prix ni contre la goberge mais j'ai des attentes quand je sors me payer un BON repas & ce n'est pas ce que nous avons eut. Sans oublié qu'on a vite oublié le tomahawk 😬🤪c'est vraiment trop riche pour notre sang !!!!!! J'irais pour un verre & des frites : thats it! & encore là un verre de verre rouge au prix d'une bouteille de l'épicerie ... je vais y penser avant. Désolée les proprios :( Mais votre équipe est formidable...au moins 🤦🏼♀️

Your menu needs to change so that there is a more appealing choice of salads & less so called "exotic" foods such as the lettuce, salmon tartare & crispy rice dish!
