Lucille's Fairview is widely appreciated for its high-quality seafood, steaks, and consistently delicious menu items such as lobster rolls, rib eye steak, and key lime pie. Guests frequently highlight the exceptional level of customer service provided by the friendly and attentive staff, who manage to maintain a welcoming atmosphere even during very busy periods. While the dining space is large and sometimes lively, it remains a popular destination for both large group celebrations and casual dining. The overall experience is characterized by professional hospitality, well-prepared dishes, and an engaging environment that encourages many visitors to return regularly.
We were visiting Montreal & were invited by family members to lunch at Lucille Fairview Pointe-Claire Restaurant.
The atmosphere had a good vibe, the food is excellent, the portions are plenty, the staff very good.
Had a great experience, we will be back for sure, when in Montreal next time.
Had a great time at Lucille's. The burrata was amazing & the beef carpaccio was good too. We also had the mushrooms in peppercorn sauce, oysters, & seafood pasta - everything was super tasty. Only thing is I wish the tables were a bit bigger.
I recently visited this restaurant & had a mixed experience. For appetizers, I ordered the burrata & fried chicken, followed by the Wood Oven Chicken for my main & tiramisu for dessert.
The food itself was very flavorful & delicious. The fried chicken & tiramisu were standout dishes - both were incredibly tasty & memorable. However, I was disappointed with the portion size of the Wood Oven Chicken. For a main dish, it only came with six small pieces, which felt underwhelming - especially since the fried chicken appetizer was actually larger than the main.
It's worth noting that this is more of a seafood restaurant, & I didn't order any seafood, so other guests' experiences may differ. That said, even if you're not a seafood eater, there are still good options available.
Service was a bit disappointing. Our server seemed rushed & annoyed, didn't explain much, & appeared more focused on getting our orders in quickly rather than creating a welcoming experience.
On the positive side, the restaurant had a cozy, casual, & lively atmosphere, & it was very clean with some unique decor elements that added charm. Despite being busy, our orders were accurate & arrived in a reasonable time.
In terms of value, I felt the experience could have been better - especially given the rushed service. While it's more of a higher-end spot, the prices weren't outrageous.
A plus was the easy parking since it's located in a mall, & our reservation ensured there was no wait.
Overall, I'd recommend this place for the food, especially the fried chicken & tiramisu, but I'd suggest going in with tempered expectations for portion sizes & service. If you enjoy seafood, your experience may be even better.
Absolutely delicious NY strip & Bavette (steak frites) with nice well grilled juicy shrimps.
The vibe is always awesome. My only let down were the calamari starters. Too chewy for my personal taste. Service is great as always & friendly.
Excellent souper.
