Food overpriced for what you get.
Seating sucked. They rush you out of there. For the price you pay I expected to have a nice comfortable & delicious meal. That isn't the case at Lucille's!

I ordered the lobster tails & salad. The salad had too much salt. The $1 oysters had 4 oysters that were smelly & seemed spoiled.the rest was excellent. I did not eat the oysters. Thx
Third visit & last...
Always missing the Kansas Cut & the portions are becoming smaller & smaller...my lobster tail looked like a shrimp. The service is just above ok. Sadly because the ambiance is nice...
1st time at Lucilles & we were impressed! The oysters were beautifully presented, the seafood pasta was delicious (plentiful grilled seafood & a spicy cream sauce), & the tiramisu was fresh. The service was friendly & attentive.
We were 3 & given a table for 2 so we grabbed the table next to us to have more space. The hostess wasn't happy about it & gave some quite some attitude. We knew we wouldn't of had enough space & our total bill was 600$ so we just wanted to have room on table & be comfortable. Other than that everything was great,waiter was nice,food was great

Was delicious & a great atmosphere! The only complaint was one guest ordered the half snow crab appetizer. The crab was so small & had no meat practically. Everyone else's apps were good but that crab was a miss
La nourriture était délicieuse, je commande habituellement le rouleau de homard & il est toujours aussi bon, le rouleau est beurré & le homard est abondant. Le pieuvre était très bonne. Le prix de la nourriture était correct pour sa taille & sa qualité & le service était rapide & attentionné. L'ambiance était sympa. J'y reviendrai bientôt !!!
We were at our table a solid 15 minutes before a drink order was taken. The waiter was super nice though. The food was SO good! At a point the music was way too loud. We were only 5 of us & we could barely hear ourselves. This is probably main only consistent issue with Lucille's.
The music is so loud it literally starts giving me anxiety. & because it's so loud everyone is almost yelling at eachother all around you so then it just becomes even more loud.
sometimes long waits for waiter/waitresses this time was very good- not an issue- resto should teach hostesses to seat customers at better tables first - each time we've been they seat us at the worse tables -last night again at back near bathrooms & the resto had better seating available- we always need to ask to be seated at a better table that is available - they should themselves know which tables are best & available & seat customers there first not vice versa - they seem always inexperienced & not with customers first in mind
menu is ok but perhaps consider adding more veggie options only 2 fish options..

The service was A1! I do love the ambiance of Lucille's Fairview. Haven't been to any others. What I am appalled at is the price & quantity of your drinks. I ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio, not knowing it cost $15.00/glass, not on menu, had to scan , blah, blah. When the wine came, it was actually tasteless & there was approximately 1 inch of wine in the glass. Atrocious.
Perfect meal, but the noise level was too high. Even in a booth it is hard to have a conversation. Our server was terrific, the food perfectly prepared at the right temperature.
