Suite à la mauvaise expérience que j'avais eue au Lucille Laval, le bureau chef nous a encouragés à revenir. Je me suis donc rendue au Lucille du Dix30 à Montréal, & l'expérience a été remarquable.
Le service offert par la gérante Catherine a été excellent : très professionnelle, chaleureuse & accueillante. Notre serveuse, Maude, a également assuré un service impeccable, toujours souriante & attentionnée. J'ai réellement apprécié la qualité de leur accueil.
La nourriture était tout aussi exceptionnelle : un steak parfaitement cuit & juteux, un poulpe à la cuisson maîtrisée, ainsi que des huîtres fraîches. Je recommande fortement cet établissement, idéal autant pour un date que pour une sortie en groupe. Vous y serez assurément très bien accueillis.

Wow, the best Lucille's location I've been to in Quebec! The manager Catherine made couple of visits to ensure everything was going well. Shout out to Maude the waitress, made sure we were well taken care of.
The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was amazing, & the service was quite rapid for a fully booked night. I was honestly impressed, I had a much different experience at another location in a less crowded night. Definitely coming back to this location!

The steak was bad & overcooked, I asked for a medium rare & received a well done. I asked for a another one & the manager was rude & was talking to me like I didn't know anything about steak.

I had a great experience. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, & the service was friendly & attentive. The atmosphere was cozy & welcoming, & everything came out fresh & well-prepared.
I'll definitely be coming back-highly recommended!

Chez Lucille, j'ai eu le plaisir de recevoir une magnifique surprise d'anniversaire.
Un vrai moment de qualité en compagnie de ma famille & de mes amis. Natalie, la gérante (je crois), nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise ! Nous étions un grand groupe, composé de trois générations, & avons bénéficié d'une table bien située. Notre serveur était au top ; j'oublie son prénom, mais il ressemblait un peu à Captain America (l'acteur Chris Evans) & son service était impeccable.
L'ambiance était excellente. Je ne sais pas qui était en charge de la musique ce samedi-là, mais c'était du RnB de la fin des années 90 - début 2000 : exactement ce qu'il fallait pour rendre la soirée mémorable.
Les plats étaient savoureux, les portions généreuses, les cocktails exquis… même l'eau était bonne !
Je recommande vivement Chez Lucille 1030. Je compte bien y retourner pour un autre steak 🥩 & des fruits mer 🍤 !

La nourriture y est toujours très bonne & on a récemment eu la chance d'avoir eu un très bon service avec Émile. On reviendra bientôt!

J'ai vraiment été malchanceux. Hier, mercredi 11 novembre j'ai commandé un steak -crevette en Take-Out, il y avait comme plein de carbone dessus (le brûler de l'assaisonnement des autres viandes sûrement).
J'ai vraiment pas pu manger correctement. J'ai dû commander un burger ailleurs pour pouvoir satisfaire ma faim.
Pour les autres c'était vraiment correct. J'avais vraiment pas grand-chose à rajouter.

For so many years now, I have Champion this facility, & everything is amazing, but that is three times in a row, including tonight that the music is just way too loud
A part of that is my fault because I have hearing loss, but, the people with me tonight made me repeat at least three or four times they have flawless hearing, & they could not hear me & when talking to my waitress, all she could say is yeah I know yeah you you're not the first person to tell me the music is loud
Please, please please do something with this music. It's not ambience. It's horrible. It is just simply too loud people cannot hear themselves talking.
The food spectacular. The service is amazing, but it kills the experience because you have to scream to talk to the person in front of you.

Nous sommes allés un dimanche après-midi avec les enfants pour des huîtres & cocktails. Le service a été très efficace, on n'a jamais manqué de rien, les cocktails & les huîtres ont été servies super rapidement. Excellent espresso martini, excellent bloody ceasar, on va y retourner.

Yesterday i went to lucille for the first time, & i was greeted with amazing service. The staff were very polite & if there was any issue the manager that work that day name Umar, came to see us if he could help us in any ways possible. 10/10 service i would go again.

I went to get late lunch with friends the manager introduced himself & was extremely polite with telling us that since we're 6 we had to wait a little, understanding for a Saturday game night. Umur proceeded by bringing us to our table & checked in on us & recommended the best. Amazing service, the food was good & environment was pleasing

Despicable. When you want to change your side green salad for a side cesar salad, instead of charging the 4$ difference between the two, they charge 8$ ! Good thing we spoke up. This is disrespect. Our servers Karine & Caroline were very nice. All the bussboys & runners were courteous & efficient. The food was very good, as usual. We had ordered the carpaccio, the crab dip, the salmon, the octopus & the steak frites. The Seafood Bloody Cesar was disappointing; it was served with the tiniest crab leg (no tool to crack it) & smallest oyster they have, not worth the price.
