I usually go to the Monkland location & prefer it there. It was very loud & busy & lighting was on the darker side. Very disappointed in the rib steak as it was 70% fat so my dog was happy when I returned home but for me the value was not there. I told the waitress about it & she basically just told me it happens some time with no offer to make me another steak as the Keg would have done. Over all I won't return & I will go to the Keg or other places for my steak.
A nice place for a date night or to go with a big group of friends. Went there for a dinner with 16 of my closest friends & we all enjoyed the food that we got. I had the lobster roll & steak along with a salad appetizer & salmon tartare appetizer. Next time I will order my lobster roll with a side salad (the appetizer salad could be a meal on its own). Prices are not that expensive for the type of food that you are getting. I would like a bigger beer menu but that's just me. Parking is easy being Quartier Dix/30.

Grâce à elle, je donnerais une 2ieme chance à ce très beau resto.

Exceptional service! Water was brought immediately & replenished before it ran out. Dirty plates were rapidly removed. Waitress kept us updated with the status of our order. Our starters (oysters & crab dip) came out quickly & were delicious. I was a little disappointed with my main, I ordered the lobster & it was overcooked but my boyfriend's Steak & prawns were perfect. Since the service was extraordinary & everything else was delicious, I would try them again & I definitely recommend.

Nos plats étaient tous trop cuits. Mon homard grillé était asséché, pourtant, j'ai déjà commandé ce plat qui était excellent. Le steak de mon amoureux etait médium, alors qu'il avait demandé saignant & était brûlé sur le dessus.

Trop cher pour la qualité de la nouritture. Le steak avait trop de tandons, je chicais de la tirasse. Premiere & dernier fois.

Les portions ne sont pas assez généreuses pour le prix, aussi quand je paie un steak à 54 $ j'aimerais avoir plus qu'un petit accompagnement, de plus nous avons demandé du pain & nous n'en avons pas eu
par contre le steak était parfait
Everything was cool only thing is paying 50 something dollars for a steak that was mostly fat was unfortunate but the staff is great Mind you the steak was cooked medium rare like I asked which is good
We had a great time. The service is on point 👌 Small oysters for 1$ each, premium oysters at a higher price. Their meal plates are pretty big for the price. Not sure what makes the meat so TASTY, but heck, that rib steak was well worth the price. Perfectly cooked medium rare & with a beautiful charred crust.
Food was fine & service was great! Would've been nice to not have the lights THAT low & more diverse music but the vibe was nice. I think they could make an effort of cleaning their grill. My my steak had some stains & burned part on it. However it came in medium rare ask requested. I might give it another chance soon because I love this franchise, but I was a tiny bit disappointed.
In this study, we compared 3 different steaks as friends & all got a bite from each other's steak. The participants (we) are not professional gourmets, however had many steaks before. The steaks compared were Kansas Cut (16oz - $52), NY Strip (10oz - $38), & Ribsteak (16oz - $56). Food: Great food, grilled really nice. Kansas had less fat, hence less flavour & was cut thinner as compared to Ribeye. Ribeye had a lot of fat, hence grear flavour. By far, more tasteful than NY Strip & more tender. It was cut thicker than Kansas cut & therefore more juicy & fun to eat. Kansas Cut is probably what you go with if you want to eat healthier (less fat) & still get decent flavor. My personal choice would be ribeye steak because I do not mind the fat & like to have the best taste & intense flavor possible 10/10. Service: OK because we came in here with a reservation on time. Had to wait for 15-20 mins at the door. They are probably double-booking. Wine recommendation was not so good. On the other hand, food was served really fast so that's good. Atmosphere: Pretty good, nicely decorated. Music was not too loud, we enjoyed our stay.

I understand it must be difficult running a restaurant these days but I must say we were dissapointed in the food quality. We had not been to Lucilles in a while ( used to go weekly) love the ambiance. Dissapointed to find fish & chips on menu anymore ( steak& seafood restaurant) ? Ordered the salmon, portion size was minisclue & pared with a bland side salad of greens ( arugula) with a house dressing for $34.00 or could have has shoestring fries. Ordered extra side of mashed potatoes ( bland as well )
Also ordered 2 cheeseburgers & fries for $23.00 good value but dont see the sense in 2 mini burgers ( quality of meat is good but so small in but could hardly taste meat. So i took out second meat patty to add to first burger & it was ok, by the way using processed cheese is a no no at least use slice real cheddar. Any way not a great experience too bad as ambiance was great & service was great.

Porterhouse steak was great, Seafood Bloody Caesar was great, French Fries were great. Only thing that was disappointing was the Caesar salad with the wilted iceberg lettuce.

This was my second visit, service is absolutely outstanding the food was good not great as the first visit!
I ordered a medium rare ribeye steak & mushroom side; in general was delicious!
For sure it’s not gonna be my last visit!

Très déçus. Nous avons été référé par des amis pour aller à ce restaurant. Nous sommes de Québec & pendant notre anniversaire de mariage nous allons près de Montréal. On se faisait beaucoup parler de l'expérience de ce restaurant. La réservation était fait depuis 2 mois. A l'entrée les filles nous offre une place au comptoir bar, nous refusons. Elle nous indique que tous on réserver & tout est complet sauf une petite table de 2 entre 2 groupe. Très déçus nous n'avons pas le choix d'accepter. je lui mentionne que sa fais 2 mois qu'on a réserver & les enfants se font garder qu'on aurait aimer une place au bar mais assise à une table. Elle disait qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire. Ensuite le repas, la serveuse a donner un bon service mais jamais comme le serveur de la table d'à côté. J'avais l'impression qu'elle voulait se débarrasser de nous. On a mangé en 30min notre entrée & repas. Aucune pause entre les 2 services. Les pâtes étaient très bonne mais le épicé fait en sorte de moins goûter le bon goûtdes fruits de mer. Mon mari a adoré son steak NY

Nourriture insalubre. MA femme a commandé un tartare de boeuf en entrée & moi le steak de thon. Le thon était très dur & à peine décongelé...Mais le tartare de ma femme lui a provoqué un empoisonnement alimentaire...La serveuse était gentille....si vous avez envie d'être intoxiqué, enjoy.

Souper de dimanche dernier pour 6 personnes : Très bon service. Trop bruyant à l'intérieur, mais très bien sur la terrasse. Le surf & turf très bon. Le saumon très bon, mais la portion était trop petite. Le steak New-York cut était ordinaire.

C'est la deuxième fois que l'on va chez Lucille's & nous somme encore très satisfaits. Le steak & crevettes est encore excellent. Le service de tous les employés étaient excellents. À recommande
