Lucille est notre resto pref quand on vient dans le coin. C'est un incontournable pour nous ! Malheureusement ce soir nous avions réservé une table à 19h : à l'arrivée nous avons demandé de changer de table (j'avais froid près de la porte extérieure) & ensuite 5 minutes plus tard nous devions quitter pour une urgence médicale dans la famille. On se sentait tellement mal pour la demoiselle qui nous a placé deux tables, on espère pas avoir passé pour des mauvais clients haha. Vraiment une base luck! Lors de notre visite nous avons eu un bel accueil, service impeccable, que dire du bloody césar garni d'une patte de crabe ainsi que crevettes, notre repas était 2 guédilles aux homards merveilleuses garnies accompagné de frites & assiette côte levée servi d'une guédille de homard & salade. C'était vraiment délicieux. C'était notre première visite & non la dernière. Je vais recommander Lucille's avec un grand plaisir.View more

My partner & I dined here on Saturday August 10 around 6:30PM. The place was bustling - hard to find parking nearby, we had to go underground in the free parking lot. Luckily, we did not need a reservation, there were still some free tables. We were seated right away. This restaurant has a nice terrace area & outdoor seating, it is very spacious. We noticed that the doors to the outside were open the whole time, so the temperature inside was not very cool. Decor is modern, simplistic, dark. Almost like tavern style. The lighting is dim & atmosphere very loud. They have beautiful bathrooms with individual stalls & very large sinks, you control the flow with a foot pedal. Food wise - We ordered a large ribeye type steak served with fries which was $59 & a surf & turf plate which consisted of a lobster roll, ribs & fries, this was $39. I wish Lucille's offered complimentary bread or something to start with like other restaurants do, but there wasn't any of that. Everything is an extra. Most main meals don't even come with sides so those are added costs. My partner recently dined at the Pointe Claire Fairview location & said he had a much better experience there. The food was tastier, more seasoned & cooked well. The steak here wasn't as tender - there were lot of fatty bits that were inedible. He tasted my ribs & said they were "off". I didn't have much to compare it to, it was my first time & I did enjoy the ribs & lobster roll - they were flavorful, but the roll itself was quite small. I was expecting a more generous portion considering the price. You do get a lot of fries at least, these will fill you up. They are small shoestring type fries - a bit too crispy for my liking. I didn't like that they placed the fries directly under the ribs so these were all coated in bbq sauce & soggy by the time I got to them. We did not opt for any special drinks or desserts- these were in the $15-$20 range, overpriced & unnecessary if you had a full meal. When came time to pay, I had Lucilles gift cards which seemed to cause some confusion or problem with our server. He wasn't able to access the funds & had to ask for help & come back 2 or 3 times to scan the cards. This was a bit embarassing, made us feel like it was a big hassle & having other patrons look at us like our cards were rejecting when there was nothing wrong wasn't the best experience. Combined service, food, atmosphere & pricing, it was an average experience. Nothing that made us say wow, so likely won't be back at this location.View more

Incredible experience. Jeanne, our server went absolutely above & beyond. The other wait staff were also incredible. There's no point going to the Ritz Carlton or the Keg when this place is so close to home. I could not recommend Lucille's more. My only complaint is that Google Reviews won't let me give them 6 stars.View more

Cool place. Un peu trop bruyant par moment. Mais je vieillis & je m'assume pleinement. Alors je ne suis pas une référence. 😂 La bouffe est très bonne. Jamais déçu. Endroit honnête qui donne envie d'y retourner. Pour une franchise, bien meilleur que des restos qui chargent ben plus cher pour moins bonne qualité. Lucille's n'a rien à envier aux peteux de broue!! Was very excited for Lucille's since I heard so much about it. Unfortunately, the food for the price was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth what youre paying for. Lobster Roll had little flavour, ribs were hard as jerky, & fish tacos tasted like mush. Overall, the service was really good & drinks were decent.View more

I absolutely love this particular Lucille's restaurant. I have been her 3 times within 3 weeks, once just to try since i was in the neighborhood & for 2 different celebrations with family/friends. The service here is wonderful, the manager, he made sure we were fully satisfied. The food is amazingly yummy: premium oysters, salmon tartare, burrata cheese, lamb chops with mashed potatoes, garlic mushrooms, seafood linguine, lobster rolls, roasted chicken, salmon ribs & fried chicken. You will not be disappointed with the flavors! My favorite alcohol drink is the winter spritz: gin & presecco with lychee, absolutely on point! I will definitely be back again to this location. Every time we go to Lucille's, we eat well, usually drink well, & enjoy great service. During this visit they ran out of Jack Daniel's Whiskey, which I have to say was extremely disappointing. But we greatly enjoyed the seafood tower, I indulged in the full octopus dish, & my other 3 guests enjoyed the full lobster dish. Our food met the anticipated & expected taste & quality. Thank you, Lucille's for a wonderful dinner -- make sure to stock up on Jack for my next visit.View more

I had a bad experience here with a group for new year's eve: Firstly, they did not have anymore ribsteak, so some of us had to settle for another cut. Okay, no big deal. Secondly, the waitress was inattentive. I understand if some people call in sick or anything, but she would forget to bring us condiments & then when we asked for some, we'd see her taking a shot at the bar with the colleagues. Note that it wasn't even a busy night - at least while we were there. We then had to ask her again for the condiments while our food started getting cold. Thirdly, a random Lucilles staff member in the parking lot starting screaming & cursing at my friend because he had parked next to a garbage bin lol? My friend didn't do anything malicious, but I suppose the employee was just having a rough week. Something was off with that guy. All in all, I may have caught this restaurant on a bad night. But keep this in mind if you're booking a group. There may be better options out there.View more

My friend & I really enjoyed the food at Lucille's. We ordered fried calamaries as an appetizer & they were really crispy & delicious. They were not chewy. I had the ribs & lobster roll & it was a great combination. The bun was toasty & buttery & the lobster was tasty. We had someone order lobster with sweet potato fries & the portions were big. The service was very friendly & courteous. I really enjoyed my experience there.View more
via LibroJe suis allez mangez chez Lucille au Dix30 quelques fois surtout pour le Steak 16 onces & il étais toujours bon mais cette fois pas mangeables beaucoup de nerfs à $56.CHAQUE pour moi & mon frère surtout que je l'invitait pour sa fête & que je vantais Lucille pour la qualité des Steak, donc je ne crois que je n'y retournerai pas. Très déçu
via LibroPremière fois chez Lucille's. L'entrée chaude de trempette au crable était magnifique & gouteuse. Mon mari a pris le surf & turf, la guédille au homard était très bonne, les côtes levées manquaient un peu de cuisson (on préfère quand ça s'enlève facilement). J'ai pris le filet mignon & demandé medium saignant, c'était plutot du côté medium bien cuit. Le goût était bon malgré la cuisson. J'encourage les gens à essayer le drink Strawberry Sunshine, très bon. On va surement y retourner.
via LibroIt was my husband 50's birthday. We go with our family to celebrate. We book for 12 persons. It's Christmas time but we found place at Lucille's on Sunday. Overall the ambiance the food & the servive was good. Only probmem i did really not appreciate, there where no more Grilled lobster. Most of us want that dishes. I book there especially for that dishes because I knew my husband will really like that. We take Tuna instead. Also they don't have a TABLE D'HÔTE wich I think they should. Other think i did not really like, the server came with the cake said happy birthday & directly go away. I mean i little bit of ambiance would be appreciated like other restaurent for birthday occasion.
via Librowe visited the restaurant Lucille's , & unfortunately, our experience was somewhat underwhelming. The atmosphere in the restaurant was not particularly cheerful, I would even say it was dull. Despite the relatively high prices, the taste of the dishes was not as exquisite as we had anticipated. Our order included oysters, Caesar salad, beef tartare, & beet salad. In the end, the visit to this establishment left us feeling as though we had been to a cafeteria rather than a restaurant. It's a pity, but we might not return.
via LibroWe were kept waiting for 45 mins before we got a table. Our reservation was for 8:30pm we were seated at 9:15pm. Order wasn't taken until 9:45-9:50. Food arrived an hour later, half the things we ordered the resto didn't have anymore & we had to get something else or just skipped the item entirely. Food portions were tiny. My chicken was burnt. The only nice thing about our experience was the waiter who was kind. Will not be returning to Lucille's after this. It was an awful experience, money spent on things we didn't we even want. Will be leaving same review on google.

I understand it must be difficult running a restaurant these days but I must say we were dissapointed in the food quality. We had not been to Lucilles in a while ( used to go weekly) love the ambiance. Dissapointed to find fish & chips on menu anymore ( steak& seafood restaurant) ? Ordered the salmon, portion size was minisclue & pared with a bland side salad of greens ( arugula) with a house dressing for $34.00 or could have has shoestring fries. Ordered extra side of mashed potatoes ( bland as well )
Also ordered 2 cheeseburgers & fries for $23.00 good value but dont see the sense in 2 mini burgers ( quality of meat is good but so small in but could hardly taste meat. So i took out second meat patty to add to first burger & it was ok, by the way using processed cheese is a no no at least use slice real cheddar. Any way not a great experience too bad as ambiance was great & service was great.
via LibroI had made a reservation on line on Libra rez & the reservation was confirmed for 6:30pm when we arrived I was told by the front desk staff that the table was located outside. I informed them that the reservation did not provide any options for seating inside or outside. The staff stated that when reservation are made on line that the seating is for outside. I did not like that option & requested inside seating, which they did not like. I was then seated near the front door next to a serving station, not to my liking. The table was wobbly & the waitress had to crawl under the table to secure the table. The waitress was nice & efficient. The food was good although the fried calamari portion was small for the price. Overall my experience at Lucille's was not favourable because of the poor reception to the reservation I made on line & the table where we were placed at.

Je suis détenteur d'une carte cadeau dix30 de 50,00$ & vous avez refuser de l'honorer bien que votre restaurant soit sur la liste des participants. Comble de ridicule, vous avez essayé d'acheter notre adhésion à votre refus en nous donnant ‘'gracieusement'' une mini tartre à la lime à séparer entre nous deux. Pour moi c'était ajouter une insulte à l'injure. Vous avez argumenté votre refus en nous disant que vous n'accepter plus cette carte à cause de fraudes survenues dans le passé. Ça ne vous donne pas le droit de nous ‘'frauder'' pour autant. Je vous donne jusqu'à mercredi le 27 septembre 2023 pour réagir avant de faire connaître cet outrage à tous mes amis ou contacts sur Facebook & Messenger. Je souhaite tout simplement que vous me rendrez 50,00$ (en billets du Canada) en échange avec la carte. Vous avez mon nom, mon adresse courriel & mon numéro de téléphone. Évidemment, une copie de ce message est aussi envoyée à l'expérience client Carbonleo.
