Great place to visit during the summer. I like that there are options to buy fresh produce as well as prepared meals so there is something for everyone. If you go inside, there is a lovely bakery with fresh cakes. The flower & plant shops outside are also great. The only thing that bothers me is the price of fresh produce. It is very expensive. Overall great place & a good alternative to Jean Talon market.
One of my favourite parts about living in Ville Marie is how accessible Marche Atwater is. Great selection of smaller vendors, featuring the farm fresh produce of course. Personally I shop more at the stores in the interior arcade. There are two grocery stores in this market that have amazing selections of products you don't find in larger grocery stores. The butchers & cheese shops are awesome here too. Of course this is an expensive place to do daily shopping but for a few specialty items to treat yourself it's a great destination.

Si vas al mercado, te recomiendo comer una pizza que se encuentra en el primer nivel, te pueden atender en francés, inglés y también hay personal que habla espanol. Las rebanadas son grandes y muy ricas!!! También puedes hacer tu compra en el segundo piso, si eres fanático de los quesos hay una tienda de quesos con una gran variedad de la mejor calidad.

Great market. Food presented well. Can't wait to get home & start cooking. However, get food staples across the street at C-Town. It's cheaper.

In the summer, the restaurants with the terrace is absolutely worth it except for the amount of people on the weekend.
