Very disappointing experience. The açaí bowl was extremely expensive ($24) & the service was awful. The employee ignored us while taking her time with customers who weren't even there. When I politely asked how long it would take, she responded rudely:'It will take the time that I need.'
As two Black girls, we felt disrespected & treated differently. When I asked for a refund, she said she didn't have the code & refused. She then started slamming things, throwing the fridge door, & handling my order aggressively. In the end, my order was never made & I left without food or a refund. Completely unprofessional

visited the Boisbriand location & had a disappointing experience. After waiting about 10 minutes, we asked for a refund. The employee said she'didn't have the code' to process it, but what was most concerning was her tone, which was dismissive & uncalled for.
There was no apology or attempt to resolve the situation. I would appreciate being contacted by someone responsible, as this interaction did not reflect good customer service
Très décevant.. le magasin ferme à 21h. On a pris la peine d'appeler à 20h10 pour être sûr que c'était ouvert & on s'est fait dire que oui de manière très brusque « allez vous être là bientôt» on a dit oui & 8 minutes plus tard maintenant devant le magasin tout est fermé. Il est 20h20… si ils ne voulaient pas qu'on vienne ils auraient dû nous le dire surtout qu'on était à moins de 10 minutes. Vraiment décevant car j'aimais vraiment cette place mais maintenant je n'ai plus envie d'y retourner. Vous avez perdu 2 clients. Vraiment irrespectueux.. j'en reviens pas.
