I went here because of the good reviews.

The guy serving us was very nice I have no issues with him.

The fries were good, not my preferred style of fries but that is just personal preference & not necessarily anything they did wrong. But burgers are my favorite thing in the world so I'm very critical. I got the double smash & the patties were so DRY & tasteless. If the meat is EXTREMELY good quality & fresh & juicy, then it's possible to make make a burger without any salt. But when the burger is dry like it was at Loumi then you notice the lack of flavor so salt on the patty while it was cooking would have been better.

Also, the smoke detector alert was on so I got to eat my dry burger with a loud beeping noise in the background.

Overall very underwhelming experience.

Had the double smashcheeseburger, the poutine & the loumi bowl (we were 2). All excellent. One of the best poutine's I've had (& I have had a lottttaaaa poutines). Lots of cheese & the gravy was delicious. Lots of meat in the smash burger. As good as these were, the loumi bowl was a standout. Excellent composition of vegetables, spreads, original falafel & cheese. Big portions all around. Will go back often. Took a while to prepare our order. But given the quality I have no complaints.

Nous avons commandé 4 repas pour livraison & il n'y en avait que 3 dans le sac. Il manquait un burger, une frite & un breuvage. Nous avons téléphoné & la personne qui nous a répondu que le burger qui manquait était en rupture de stock, ils ont donc tout simplement décidé de faire la commande sans ça & de ne pas nous aviser. Ils ont offert de nous livrer autre chose mais il était trop tard pour nous. Nous avons demandé un remboursement mais la personne nous a dit qu'elle était nouvelle & qu'elle ne pouvait pas faire ça. Qu'ils nous fallait rappeler deux jours plus tard, nous obligeant à faire des démarches pour être remboursés.
Bref, notre repas a été gâché & nous avons payé pour de la nourriture que nous n'avons pas eu.

This place was such an unexpected find. We were just in the area looking for a quick bite & walked in here & wow thank god we did because I think we may have discovered some of the best burgers Montreal has to offer. We went back the next day & will keep going back. Super yum & really nice staff too. Merci!!

First time in this restaurant, ordered a double smashed burger. Meat was totally dry & bread as well. Add on that, Almost no sauce in the sandwich. Very disappointing.
