At Louise's, we believe that bread is a staple product that should remain accessible. That's why we strive to offer you quality products at a reasonable price.
Overall, Louise Boulangerie Artisanale is seen as a standout neighborhood bakery with consistently fresh bread, baguettes and a wide array of pastries that many reviewers rank among the best in town. The pastries are repeatedly praised for quality and value, with favorites including croissants, pains au chocolat, chouquettes, brioches and millefeuille, and the sourdough bread is often highlighted for home baking. The cafe vibe is described as charming and welcoming, and several reviewers note friendly service, though a few mention rude or less attentive staff and uneven experiences. A few drawbacks appear: occasionally burnt items such as caneles or chouquettes, occasional overcooked pastries, and a coffee price that some feel is high. Despite these, many reviewers say the bakery has become a beloved addition to the area, with frequent visits for breakfast, desserts and everyday treats, and some note delivery options and a positive impact on the neighborhood.
My fav boulangerie in the area. Quality products, kind service, competitive prices. I appreciate how they ask if you prefer plastic or paper bag. I also enjoy the sliced sizing for their breads. Keep it up!:)

What a fantastic discovery in my neighborhood! Croissants were light, slightly sweet & buttery. Great selection of breads & desserts. Will be back regularly!
Usually really like this place, but today I was a bit disappointed to receive those burnt canelé (4$ in the trash) & the service was not pleasant. At least the chocolatine was good.
Over cooked croissants, cold sandwiches & I ordered a latte, which took me 4 times to repeat Latte please, so that I can get from a rude boulangère a bad latte. I don't recommend
