Great place to unwind. It has the atmosphere of a modern restaurant/bar but with a character of a classic pub. Special shout to the bartender, Kate for being awesome & providing the best service. The staff are best in the city: Terry, Tom, Megan, the two Lauras, the two Kates & Laurence. I highly recommend!
One of the best pubs in Montreal. Staff is always welcoming. Lots of gluten free options, the staff is knowledgeable & take the time to make sure all is good with the food. Best place to watch a hockey game. Always a pleasure to go. ❤?
Staff was friendly & food was good. However it did take much longer than expected to get our meal & waitress didn't communicate any delay. There were 3-4 tables max during lunch time.

Today I visited Lord William Pub in Montreal, & everything was incredibly fresh & delicious.
On top of that, the warm, friendly, & helpful service made a big impression on me & my family. We'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
We had about 40 minutes before an important meeting to get into the pub, drink, eat, & leave. It was my first time here & I was a bit worried, but within two minutes the drinks were out, within 10 the (most excellent!) food was out, & by 35 minutes from the moment we set foot in the door we were ready to go. Service was *impeccable* all along. Amazing! & we got to munch to the sound of some great late 90s/early 00s tunes. Very pleasantly surprised by this first visit, will very likely be back!
Nous avons réservé le sous-sol du pub pour un événement, & tout a été absolument parfait. Le service était impeccable & rapide, avec une mention spéciale pour les serveurs, très attentionnés tout au long de la soirée.
La nourriture était excellente, avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix, ce qui a été très apprécié par tous nos invités. La salle privée, avec son style rustique & chaleureux, était spacieuse & parfaitement adaptée pour accueillir un grand groupe.

Notre serveur était pas mal plus intéressé de jaser avec ses amis que servir les tables autour de lui. En plus, ils ont remplacé la musique par le match de hockey. Finalement, nous nous sommes déplacés dans un autre pub.
Au bar & sans hockey, un des meilleurs pubs du quartier. À une table & un soir de hockey ... préférable d'aller au McDonald, ou Poulet Rouge, ou la place de brochettesbaguettes.
It's the actual pub atmosphere & setting that stood out for me here. It reminded me of being in a pub somewhere in Dublin, Ireland. The food & service being amazing was an added bonus.

tamisé & la musique bien choisie ajoutent à l'ambiance conviviale. Que ce soit pour un 5 à 7 entre amis ou une soirée plus animée, l'endroit s'y prête parfaitement.

Le service était rapide & attentionné, avec un personnel souriant & efficace. Les serveurs connaissent bien la carte & sont de bon conseil pour choisir une bière ou un plat.
### **Nourriture & boissons**
Côté menu, on retrouve une belle sélection de plats réconfortants typiques d'un pub :
- **Fish & Chips** : croustillant & savoureux, avec une bonne portion de frites maison.
- **Burger maison** : bien garni, pain moelleux & viande juteuse.
- **Poutine** : généreuse & bien équilibrée en sauce & fromage.
En plus de ça, la carte des bières est variée, avec de bonnes options locales & importées.

Les prix sont raisonnables pour la qualité & l'ambiance du lieu. C'est un bon rapport qualité-prix, surtout pour un pub situé à Montréal.

I recently visited Lord William pub, & I have to say, it was a delightful experience. The pub has a warm, relaxed vibe, perfect for unwinding. The menu offers delicious options, from juicy burgers to creative twists on pub classics. The cocktails are unique & well-made. Service was friendly & efficient. Overall, a fantastic spot for good food, drinks, & a chill atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Un lieu à la déco typique du pub anglais, une terrasse pour quand il fait beau, de la bonne bière, de quoi bien manger & des serveurs sympathique. Bref une étape incontournable du quartier.
