"This is some of the most fresh, flavorful, filling and somehow not heavy vegan food I've had. The poutine really is exceptional. I appreciate that they don't attempt to make a fake version of cheese curds, instead evoking the rich flavors and textures through ingredients such as well prepared mushrooms."
