Since its creation, Lola Rosa is non-vegetarians' favorite vegetarian restaurant. We want to prove that eating without meat is possible and delicious. We offer appetizing dishes inspired from our mothers and grand-mothers. A ragout, a curry, chilli, tomato tart and lasagna are some items found on the menu.

via LibroAfter a nasty experience the previous evening at a restaurant across the street (Sesame), we were delighted by our evening at Lola Rosa. Despite being very busy (understandably) the service was prompt & friendly. Our server took the necessary time to answer our questions & recommend favourites. The decor was warm & welcoming, & made us quite comfortable. As for the food, wow! Sometimes vegetarian meals pretending to have meat can be disappointing, but everything we tried, we loved! Especially the poutine! We will be back every time we are in Montreal!

via LibroWaited more than 45 minutes for a plate of nachos. The nachos were great, but it just didn't work for us as we were finally I n a rush. They reduced our bill which we appreciated, but obviously over booked restaurant & insufficient staff. Kind of a drag.

My brother's first vegan experience...he went absolutely insane for the Lola "Cheesesteak". Our mouths are still watering from the Nachos, & Crispy Cauliflower. Flavour country.
Nice ambience, & friendly service as well.
