Une chaine en pleine essor. Établi en 1995, L'Oeufrier a entrepris son aventure dans un petit quartier de Laval. Le concept était de créer un restaurant de petits déjeuners où s'harmonisent tous les délices des déjeuners faits avec passion et raffinement.

I went there yesterday for a Mother's Day lunch with a group of seven, including four kids. We didn't have a reservation because honestly, their website doesn't even mention you can book a table-we only found out after we arrived that they apparently take them by phone.
?When we showed up, they told us it would be a 30-minute wait. Since it was Mother's Day, we were totally fine with that. But after an hour passed, we noticed several groups who arrived way after us getting seated while we were still stuck outside. When we asked what was going on, they just said reservations get priority. I get that, but they really should've told us that from the start, especially since their booking info is so hard to find online.
?After waiting for an hour & a half, the crowd around us had completely changed over a few times, so we finally spoke to the manager. He was apologetic & specifically promised us that the very next table would be ours because we'd been waiting for so long.
?Well, a few minutes later a table opened up, & the hostess suddenly changed her mind. She told us we couldn't have it because another reservation had showed up.
?At that point, we just gave up & left.
?The issue isn't the wait time-it's the total lack of honesty & respect for our time. If you can't actually seat walk-ins during a rush, just be upfront about it. Don't keep a family with four children waiting outside for two hours on a false promise. It completely ruined our Mother's Day plans. Very disappointing

We visited this restaurant yesterday as walk-in customers. We understood that we didn't have a reservation, & when we were told the wait would be around 30 minutes, we were totally fine with that.

However, after waiting for over an hour, we noticed that many groups who arrived after us had already been seated while we were still outside waiting. When we asked about it, we were told that reservation customers would always be prioritized. That itself is understandable - but this should have been clearly explained from the beginning.

After waiting for over 1.5 hours, we spoke with the manager because by that point the entire crowd around us had already changed several times. The manager apologized & specifically told us that the next table would be ours because we had already waited far too long.

A few minutes later, when a table finally became available, the hostess suddenly changed her mind & told us the table was no longer for us because another reservation had appeared. We were asked to continue waiting indefinitely.

At that point, we decided to leave.

The problem is not simply the wait time. The problem is the lack of transparency & respect for customers' time. If walk-in customers realistically have no chance of being seated during busy hours, just say so honestly at the beginning instead of keeping people waiting outside for nearly two hours with false expectations.

Very disappointing experience.

Le lieu est magnifique, avec des tonalités rafraîchissantes & apaisantes. Le service est excellent & le menu regorge de saveurs… une expérience très agréable pour le palais.

Outstanding Cafe Restaurant. The decor when you walk in is bright & welcoming & screams quality. The staff are really friendly & attentive. To top it all the food is of superb quality. The best I have known anywhere. Well done & thanks for feeding me excellent breakfasts during my 3 days in Brossard 😍

Très mauvaise expérience.
Service désagréable du début à la fin : la serveuse ne voulait pas nous accommoder & nous parlait de loin au lieu de venir à la table. Ca donnait une impression totale de manque de professionnalisme & de respect. On l'a même vue parler de nous avec ses collègues en nous regardant, ce qui était franchement très inconfortable.

On a attendu longtemps avec un cabaret sale sur la table sans que personne ne vienne le ramasser.
De plus, la bouteille de sauce piquante qui nous a été apportée était complètement sale & collante, au point que je me suis retrouvée avec les doigts & la main pleins de sauce en la manipulant.

La nourriture n'était pas à la hauteur non plus : toast avocat-saumon presque sans guacamole, très sec & sans goût.

Je ne recommande pas.

First time to l'Oeufrier. Ordered Béné l'Oeufrier & the Breakfast Poutine. Generous plates. Food was good. Poached eggs for the Béné were runny, so needed a little more cook time & the side potatoes were slightly undercooked. Lavazza coffee is delicious. Service was fast, attentive & very pleasant. We'll go back.

Très bon menu & très bon service avec Audrey-Anne qui est très gentille avec un beau sourire & à qui on aurait mis 6 étoiles si on avait pu!

On ne nous a pas proposé le service pour le café qui normalement est offert gratuitement.
Service long suite à la prise de commande.
C'est bien dommage de caler un pied de table avec des morceaux de serviettes loin d'être propre. Depuis combien de temps, cela n'a été changé ?
L'établissement paraît neuf.
Ça manque de dynamisme & de sourire. C'est bien dommage.
Cher pour ce que l'on a mangé.

They have beautiful & tempting menu.
There is a menu with different types of cold beverages.
Price was fair.

On est venues un jeudi matin. Le restaurant est très beau & le servuce très agréable. Tout sur le menu donne envie & c'était juste excellent. On a attendu peut etre 15 minutes avant d'avoir nos plats. Belle adresse !

My husband & I came this morning. We were seated promptly, but our food arrived an hour later, & it was the wrong order. The waitress offered to redo it, but since we'd already waited an hour, we decided to keep the incorrect plate & eat it.

The eggs I were undercooked, with runny whites. We requested two brown breads, but only received one. Throughout the meal, we didn't receive any refills of water or coffee. We tried to get our waitress's attention, but she was never available. We had to ask someone else for assistance.

Ordered with Uber I clicked on ( patates maisons ) & extra sausage .. when it arrived it was 2 eggs 2 sausages bread & mashed potatoes … really deceived .. it's bad. When you look up on google patates maison it shows breakfast potatoes.. it's the only breakfast restaurant who did this mistake. It cost 24$ just for wrong & missing items .. it's bad .. I won't be ordering from them again. Just not worth it I'm really deceived . It's the worst breakfast I ever received…. They need to change their menu names with Uber & Change cooks so you actually get what you paid for . If I could pour 0 stars I would
