We had ( 3 people ) had made the reservation 1 month ago for Christmas brunch on Christmas Day. Our reservation was for 1 pm . With 2 hostesses working , we still had to wait 20 minutes for a seat ( if you can call it a seat ). We were seated on 3 high stools next to a party of 4 (very cafeteria style) very far from the buffet . Every conversation could be heard . The food was incredible looking but lacked the details to make it great. There was lobster , but it was overcooked & rubbery . Desserts were very dry & not much to choose from . A lot were inedible because it tasted very old . Our waiter was great though , & the pasta too. The hostesses looked overwhelmed even though it wasn't that full . There were beautiful seating but for some reason they decided to to seat us on stools , despite us being dressed up . Lots of potential , but I was very disappointed . Try opening up a lobster while seated on a stool elbow to elbow with strangers.View more

Great experience, atmosphere & food with my wife. Loved their dessert : Praline with crisp. The welcoming was memorable with a great smile from Michelle the hostess. At our table we were guided & attented in our choice of wine by Aurelie, very professional, helpful, & smiley. Last but not least we have Hassan who brought our food. Hassan is extremely polite, elegant & distinguished as person. We loved the service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We'll be back again soon.View more

Wow, j'étais déjà conquise pour un repas en « individuel » mais je viens de tenter l'option « groupe » soit 45 personnes & vraiment bravo ! Merci tout particulier à Manon pour son accompagnement tout au long de notre événement ! Elle a su répondre à toute nos attentes. Merci à l'équipe qui nous a servi ! Le repas s'est passé correctement. Le salé etait bon, le sucré moins(très industriel). En revanche, le service etait catastrophique. Des maladresses verbales & physiques de la part du serveur ventripotant, durant le repas, puis vient le moment de l'addition : l'un d'entre nous ne donne pas de pourboires. Apres tout, nous nous levons pour aller chercher à manger donc ca a du sens mais soit. Le serveur mécontent dit "il est gentil votre ami il laisse pas de pourboire". Humiliant ! Qui sont ces gens qui se permettent de faire de tels commentaires à des clients? ---------------- DEUXIEME AVIS : Nous sommes retournés au Lloyd hier soir où nous avons souper d'excellents mets. Une expérience brunch incroyable ! Le buffet est généreux avec un choix impressionnant de plats frais & savoureux. Chaque assiette est un vrai délice, des classiques du brunch aux options plus créatives. Les oeufs, bacon, patate, jambon & boeuf était froid pour le premier service à 11h..... Pourtant on se dit le premier service c'est supposé être frais. Mais non, selon moi ces items on été préparé d'avance mais pas garder sous le réchaud. Au finale ils ont été servis froid à 11h. Pas impressionnant pour un brunch à 40$!View more

The Sunday all-you-can-eat brunch here has recently gone viral on social media, so it took a while to make a reservation. The price is very reasonable, C$45 per person. It's a bargain, considering the inflation in Canada these days. Very good food & delicious pastries. Highly recommended.View more
