À part les douches qui font vraiment dur, c'est mon gym préféré. Ce n'est pas abordable, sauf que ça attire une clientèle qui prend l'entrainement à coeur & qui respecte le gym. Le rapport qualité-prix est là, surtout si vous exploitez tout ce qui est inclus dans l'abonnement. L'équipement est de qualité supérieure & il y en a pour tout le monde lors des heures plus achalandées. Par exemple, il y a 6 plateformes parfaites pour deadlifts & squats. Il y a aussi un nombre optimal de barres olympiques, de bancs & de machines à cardio (à voir si ce sera toujours le cas après l'incendie). On y circule facilement car tout est bien aménagé. Une pensée à ceux qui chialent encore sur les saunas & merci au personnel pour l'année que j'ai passé.

Très belles piscines, personnel sympathique, vestiaire grand & propre, gym agréable, douche chaude. Dommage que le vestiaire & secheur a speedo soit enlevé

Superb facility. Most of the weight machines are manufactured by Atlantis, which is based in Montreal. What this means is that the machines are always in great shape. Very clean facility plus it doesn't get mobbed like downtown gym.
