service is poor, not even a smile or a hello, i then asked about the fidelity card & she rolled her eyes at me.
do not order the chai lattes, it is horrid.
the place is nice though, & conveniently located.

Google maps gave me a walking route from Pix Neuf as I was looking for somewhere to get snacks with my two children after visiting the Botanical Gardens. It was a complete complete nightmare with a stroller (two flights of stairs) only to find the stairway down to the ground level to be completely blocked off due to construction. Perhaps there is another way to get to it but whoever's reading this DO NOT try to walk there from the Pix Neuf.

un endroit sympathique & très bien placé directement dans le métro PIE IX avec un accès extérieur, on peut s'y poser & passer un bon moment, car il y a une belle luminosité avec une verrière immense, sympa l'hivers. On est bien servi !

Chaque visite de cet endroit est un plaisir. Magnifique espace avec une immense fenestration. Bon choix de bouffe & excellent café. Le personnel est sympathique & ils portent attention aux détails qui rendent notre expérience satisfaisante.

Note: ne pas commander de Chaï glacé à cet endroit car vous serez déçu. Ça goute juste le lait froid, aucune saveur. Quand un endroit style café/bistro ne sait même pas comment infuser un thé..!
