Belle terrasse ombragée & ambiance agréable, ce café a tout pour une pause relaxante. Malheureusement, le service est lent & manque de chaleur, ce qui vient un peu gâcher l'expérience. Rien de catastrophique, mais avec un accueil plus attentionné & un meilleur rythme, l'endroit gagnerait facilement une étoile de plus.

This is a nice café, well decorated, & with terrace option. The girl with the lovely bandanna was very friendly, she warmed the muffin, & offered me to enjoy the sun in the terrace. She also knows what extra-hot means, kudos. Excellent service!

service is poor, not even a smile or a hello, i then asked about the fidelity card & she rolled her eyes at me.
do not order the chai lattes, it is horrid.
the place is nice though, & conveniently located.

Google maps gave me a walking route from Pix Neuf as I was looking for somewhere to get snacks with my two children after visiting the Botanical Gardens. It was a complete complete nightmare with a stroller (two flights of stairs) only to find the stairway down to the ground level to be completely blocked off due to construction. Perhaps there is another way to get to it but whoever's reading this DO NOT try to walk there from the Pix Neuf.
