Lili & Oli feels like a small, cozy cafe that works well for a quiet coffee break or a productive spot to work, with a warm atmosphere, a distinctive aesthetic and good music. Coffee is often praised for quality, from strong espressos to tasty lattes, and the iced drinks with the famous coffee ice cubes are a standout for many, while a few feel the prices are a bit high. The menu offers pastries and croissants along with savory bites, with several reviewers calling items delicious and not overly sweet, though seating can be tight and there are occasional stockouts. The staff are described as friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming vibe, yet some notes mention dry sarcasm toward non locals that may feel unwelcoming. Cleanliness or trash placement is touched on by a minority, and finding space when busy can be a challenge, but the cafe remains a well loved local spot for its ambience and reliable coffee.
Small, cosy café, perfect for working on a rainy days. There is not much space & the tables are made for 1-2 people. Coffee is a bit pricey, however delicious, & the staff is very friendly & helpfull. You can also buy coffee beans here & enjoy this space with a unique aesthetic & great music.
If you're a local, sure, come. Food is good & I liked the coffee. But if you are an outsider (English speaker or not), be prepared for a dry sarcasm that will make you feel unwelcome. & the place is not really pet friendly, as pets are welcome when you ordering but cannot stay.

I would like to take a moment of silence for regular ice cubes, because once you've experienced the famed Lili & Oli coffee ice cubes, you'll be changed forever. As the saying goes once you go black, you never go back.
This iced latte does not dilute. It evolves. As the ice melts, it whispers sweet melodies of espresso into your drink. It is, quite literally, like a second coffee hiding inside your first coffee. A Russian doll of caffeine, if you will. A crescendo of caffeine-induced euphoria. A delectable stroke of genius so obvious in hindsight it makes you wonder how humanity survived without it.
Every sip, richer than the last. Time works in your favour here.
As for the shop itself: warm, welcoming, consistent. The kind of place that accidentally becomes part of your personality.
Anyone bold enough to leave a negative review should know this : hundreds, possibly thousands, of fiercely loyal patrons stand ready to rise in defence of these coffee ice cubes & you may very well risk being met with (freezing) fire & fury, the likes of which you've never seen. You've been warned.
& for those who haven't tried it yet, you're seriously missing out.
Loved the service & the food !! This cafe has a super chill vibe. We loved the pizza slices & the savory scone. Very flavorful, not oily & super tasty!! It can be hard to find seating so be prepared if you are going there with a big group. My chai tea latte was good, but I prefer a bit more masala like cinnamon. We loved their iced coffee too. Will go back for their savory bites !! Keep going guys, you have doing great.
The coffee here is excellent, & the service is just as good, the staff are friendly & welcoming. There isn't much seating inside, but the place has a nice vibe overall.
I visited Lilli & Oli with my brother for a morning coffee. I had a double espresso, & he had a hot chocolate with a chocolate croissant. Both were fantastic - the espresso was, by far, the best I've had in Montreal, & I'm usually hard to please. The place is cozy, & the service was decent. I'd definitely come back.
Nice & quaint cafe. We went for a Cold Brew & a Petit Cafe Glace (which wasn't so petit!) on a hot day. Loved them both. Interesting idea of coffee infused ice cubes, so more coffee as the cubes melt. We didn't try the food as we weren't hungry.
The staff was nice & friendly. A couple of parking spots on the other side of the street.
Definitely recommended.
Coffee & food is ok. The place was not very clean & the garbage bin was not easy to find which is probably why people would not know where to put away their trash.

Loved their coffee. We ordered cortados with oat milk & they were made perfectly well. They had apple carrot muffins but we didn't try them. Nice & sunny place. Gets busy sometimes.
It's a small cozy café with AMAZING coffee. Like, I was taken aback by how flavorful & tasty it was. The attention & service is outstanding. They prepare your drink practically in front of you. I'm a little bit sad that they don't have more options to eat, because it's such a nice place.
This is one of the best iced latte & highest quality coffee I've ever had. I'm even willing to pay to learn how they make their lattes (I've tried hard but never reached this level). The atmosphere is amazing, & the staff are energetic, creating a great vibe. It was an excellent experience. You should definitely expand & open more locations, & bigger ones too.
