Nous sommes aller dîner aujourd'hui & j'ai vue une tranche de pain hamburger avec boulette & restant de mozzarella entre les deux être prise par la dame qui mets les condiments la prendre & la regard puis la redonner en cuisine un homme la reprise je croyais qu'il l aurait jeté & bien non je l'ai découverte dans mon big harv à mi chemin de celui-ci c'est dégoûtant depuis combien de temps cette boulette & son pain errait entre service & être servi. Service improved since last time, friendly & efficient service the place is clean & nice, I just had an issue with the burger I ordered, the bread bun was really dry, almost to the point of beeing crunchy, that is unusual making me believe that it might have stayed in the heater for a while, also onion rings where more oily then the ones I usually get in other Harvey's restaurants but they tasted good, overall it is till a better experience then last time I was here.View more

J' ai renversé mon milkshake en m'assoyant à une table. Un dégât très embarrassant pour moi mais très amusant pour les autres clients. L'employée est venue nettoyer la chaise, la table & le plancher puis a remplacé mon shake. Tout ça, sans jamais perdre son super sourire.
