Service was very fast. The food was incredible. The fries were perfectly crispy & the portion was larger than I expected. The smash burger was awesome; they used all the right ingredients in the right amounts. Not overly priced either, about $16 for a burger & fries. Way better than McDonald's (or similar places) for the same price. I highly recommend checking this place out.View more

Quick & friendly service. Good spot for smash burgers - meat was cooked fresh, crispy, & flavourful. Poutine portion was huge - good cheese & sauce, & fries were crispy & perfectly salted. Several high stools inside to dine in, otherwise there are picnic tables outside for warmer days.View more

Expecting the burger to taste close to Shake Shack but it falls short. The burger was lacking salt. It was bland. Would have preferred more cheese. The service was excellent & I love their fries…thin & crispy. Will return & give it another try but asking for more salt on the smashed patties next time. They should offer the Oklahoma Onion burger….had that in NYC from Motz & it was off the charts.View more

Wow I have had a few smash burgers from many different places & this competes with the best of them. Patties were fresh & hot not to mention crispy & meaty. The buns were potato buns which were melt in your mouth soft but still held the burger together. I also like fresh sliced tomatoes with my burger which they don't serve but I didn't miss it at all. Definitely worth visiting L'hamburger to get your burger fresh & hot straight off the griddle.View more

I ordered from this restaurant on Uber Eats. Definitely one of the better burger spots in Montreal. The bun was perfectly soft, & the burger patties were smashed perfectly. The fries were also fresh & CRISPY! I just wish there was a bit more seasoning on the patty & the fries. But, overall very solid!View more

Tonight was the second time I visited & it was just as delicious as I remembered. Its everything you want in a cheeseburger. Juicy, flavourful with crispy edges, thinly sliced pickles & dripping in their house sauce. Poutine was good, the fries are crispy & perfectly cooked. Service is top notch. Smash hamburgers are so juicy that you'll need a dozen napkins as the juice rolls down your mouth onto your shirt. Everything is made fresh to order from the burgers that are amazingly crisp & juicy to the buns between them. The fries are the high-quality frozen type, & I was surprised because I prefer fresh potatoes, but these you've got to eat while they are crispy hot - they're quite good. They also make homemade milkshakes from hand scooped vanilla ice cream (not the soft serve ice cream, so get those cheeks ready for some serious sucking). All in all, I've got to give a nice thanks to Michael & Matthew. They are the dynamic duo here, & I'd give them a try when you've got a hankering for some fresh, crispy, juicy smash burgers.
