"From the moment we walked in to settling the bill, then everyone was delightful. We were unfamiliar with Cambodian food and asked our waiter to suggest a series of typical dishes. He asked if we would trust him or prefer that he explain each dish and have us then point out our preferences. We opted for "we trust you" and were totally blown away...."
