About

Les Momos crafts a diverse menu centered on handmade dumplings and spiced preparations that blend Chinese and Indian traditions. Each plate offers a balance of savory fillings, crispy textures, and fragrant seasonings intended to stimulate the palate. Fresh vegetables and thoughtfully prepared dough serve as the foundation for the various offerings, which include ample choices for plant-based diets. These preparations emphasize natural flavors, using aromatic spices to provide depth to every bite. The kitchen produces consistent, hearty parcels that highlight the intersection of distinct regional techniques. A commitment to simplicity allows the bright, zesty ingredients to stand out within each aromatic dish served at the table.

Review Summary

Les Momos offers a variety of dumpling experiences, ranging from highly praised, crispy options like the kurkure and sizzling momos to dishes that occasionally suffer from texture issues. While the food is frequently described as excellent and among the best some have had, the professional presentation is undermined by errors in the menu and branding materials. Visiting the restaurant in person is recommended to ensure the highest quality, as some items may not travel well.

I will start with the incredibly bad service. No customers in the restaurant, is 9.45 PM. You go in & she says' the menu is there' pointing to the counter. You pick up the menu & ask if you can sit. At first silence. Second time I asked she says yes. Decide the dishes within seconds. 2 minutes pass & nothing happens. She is mopping the floor, filling bottles with water, cleaning tables, etc. Pull out the phone & start scrolling maybe she will come. It's 9.52. Finally she comes, at 9.57!! Order. Few minutes later , brings water. Food arrives fast. Food is more than decent . Spicy mojito chilly is an ok drink. Nothing crazy. Verdict : neutral but just because of the service. Food is nice.

The Gol Gappe were really nice! :) They were fresh, flavorful, & definitely a highlight. However, the chili momos were way too spicy. I usually enjoy & can handle spicy food, but these were so overwhelmingly spicy that they were almost impossible to eat. I hope the restaurant considers offering a milder version or letting customers choose the spice level.
