L'assiette est sans reproche mais l'attitude du restaurateur mériterait un peu plus d'élégance. Mettre les clients sous pression de quitter à 10:30 dès le dessert avalé manque de savoir faire. Une expérience complète en restauration inclu non seulement ce qu'il y a dans l'assiette mais aussi l'ambiance, l'accueil & le service!

Je vous souhaite d'avoir la chance d'être servi par Yohan. Son savoir-faire en cuisine se transfère facilement à ses aptitudes de serveur. Toutefois, vous le trouverez beaucoup plus en cuisine qu'en salle, je vous souhaite donc qu'un de ses serveurs ne soit pas disponible pour qu'il puisse vous servir comme il nous a servi.

Came with business group because it was BYOB
Booking apparently was not easy & required negotiation for our big group
Server was patient with us

First course duck & beets - beautiful presentation & taste
Second course - seabass not sure, the sauce was a bit off & there was quite a bit of oil & fat on the belly side. Skin could have used a bit more crisp.
Dessert - really ingenious use of flavors & textures. Sorbet was my favorite, but the rice pudding gave it lighter taste & texture.

Overall, very strong would come back again.

Nous avons pris le menu dégustation à 85$ avec le choix du boeuf Wellington. Le service était bon ainsi que la nourriture. J'aurai apprécié des portions un peu plus généreuses mais somme toute pour un apportez votre vin ça vaut le détour!

The Beef Wellington was outstanding Didn't care much for the rice pudding flan but the sorbet & compote were delicious 😋
