I worked at Marchés Tau for a long time, & now that I've worked in other places, I can confidently say this: Tau sets a standard that most workplaces don't even come close to.
My experience there was incredible. I learned real skills, worked with people who actually know what teamwork means, & understood why so many employees stay for 10+ years. The environment, the management, & the growth opportunities make it a place where you genuinely feel supported. I never felt alone or stressed in a toxic way - it was always a healthy, positive atmosphere.
I left only because the commute was too far (1.5 hours each way). If it wasn't for the distance, I would've stayed without thinking twice. After working in other places, I can clearly see how rare Tau's work environment is. I truly miss the team & the culture.
Highly recommended - both for customers & for anyone looking for a solid workplace.

Your 1 stop shop for anything that you would consider healthy eating. Vitamin & supplement section has a lot of selections. Obviously prices will be higher than regular grocery stores.

Chef Steph consistently delivers delicious & nutritious dishes that are not only healthy but also incredibly satisfying. I've tried several options from the menu, & each one has exceeded my expectations in terms of taste & presentation. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work & uses high-quality ingredients.
What truly stands out to me is Chef Stephane professionalism. He is always approachable & willing to discuss the dishes he prepares, sharing insights about the ingredients & their health benefits. This level of engagement adds a personal touch to the dining experience.
If you're looking for tasty & wholesome meals, I highly recommend visiting TAU in Laval! The staff is also very professional & welcoming! The owners are just as friendly & welcoming! Thanks to Chef Stephane I always leave satisfied & inspired to eat healthier!
