Your 1 stop shop for anything that you would consider healthy eating. Vitamin & supplement section has a lot of selections. Obviously prices will be higher than regular grocery stores.

Nice organic store with good selection & they give double loyalty points on Tuesdays. I really like their bistro they have great staff especially Marco & Stephane. On the fruit/vegetables they should do a better job like takeout fruits that aren't good anymore or make sure that all products have a price tag. Price of the products are good but they need to be more competitive. Overall, I recommend this store.

Excellente épicerie ! Je trouve les prix beaucoup plus raisonnable qu'à d'autres endroits & très belle sélection de légumes (d'ailleurs très bien organisée !) MAIS UNE ÉTOILE SPÉCIALE au coin repas & au chef : mais quel DÉLICE ! absolument délicieux & pour tous les goûts. De plus je trouve les prix vraiment très raisonnables pour un repas chaud & SUCCULENT ! vraiment merci pour cette belle qualité & un service excellent :) Bravo à tous
