Les prix sont plus cher que chez avril, il y a moins de choix & les fruits & legumes don't moins frais. Pendant la pandémie ils ont sortis un monsieur car il ne voulais pas porter le masque & ils ont appeller la police aussi parce que ils l'ont arrêter dans le stationnement d'un autre magasin après. Ils auraient pu s'y prendre autrement. En plus, les photos affichés a l'entrée du monde qui vole... Je sais pas mais moi je trouve que c'est assez ordinaire. Je n'ai pas vu aucun magasin faire ça, surtout pas une épicerie. Je sais pas qui gère ce magasin mais c'est un peu pathétique. Heureusement que les autres Tau ne sont pas comme celui-ci.

I worked at Marchés Tau for a long time, & now that I've worked in other places, I can confidently say this: Tau sets a standard that most workplaces don't even come close to.
My experience there was incredible. I learned real skills, worked with people who actually know what teamwork means, & understood why so many employees stay for 10+ years. The environment, the management, & the growth opportunities make it a place where you genuinely feel supported. I never felt alone or stressed in a toxic way - it was always a healthy, positive atmosphere.
I left only because the commute was too far (1.5 hours each way). If it wasn't for the distance, I would've stayed without thinking twice. After working in other places, I can clearly see how rare Tau's work environment is. I truly miss the team & the culture.
Highly recommended - both for customers & for anyone looking for a solid workplace.

Your 1 stop shop for anything that you would consider healthy eating. Vitamin & supplement section has a lot of selections. Obviously prices will be higher than regular grocery stores.

I am thrilled to share my experience with Chef Stephane at Tau in Laval from the moment I tried the dishes, I was impressed by the fresh, vibrant flavors & the creativity that went into each meal.
Chef Steph consistently delivers delicious & nutritious dishes that are not only healthy but also incredibly satisfying. I've tried several options from the menu, & each one has exceeded my expectations in terms of taste & presentation. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work & uses high-quality ingredients.
What truly stands out to me is Chef Stephane professionalism. He is always approachable & willing to discuss the dishes he prepares, sharing insights about the ingredients & their health benefits. This level of engagement adds a personal touch to the dining experience.
If you're looking for tasty & wholesome meals, I highly recommend visiting TAU in Laval! The staff is also very professional & welcoming! The owners are just as friendly & welcoming! Thanks to Chef Stephane I always leave satisfied & inspired to eat healthier!

Je tiens à souligner l'excellent service offert par Maher, commis dans la section vrac. Chaque fois que je viens au magasin, il se montre extrêmement attentionné & professionnel. Il répond toujours à mes demandes avec une grande gentillesse & une délicatesse remarquable.
C'est quelqu'un de passionné par son travail, toujours souriant, patient & à l'écoute de ses clients. Il prend le temps de bien faire les choses, tout en étant rapide & efficace. Son attitude positive rend l'expérience de magasinage beaucoup plus agréable.

Good vegan variety, but the checkout staff are inconsiderate with no common sense whatsoever. After waiting for a long time behind one difficult checkout, the checkout lady finally asked me to try the other case that just opened; however, they allowed other customers that showed up after me to go first 😐 After waiting behind those other customers, the first checkout lady then asked me to go back again to her case… all while the self checkout lanes are closed for no apparent reason. Open the self checkout, if your staff can't handle customers' payment quickly. This is ridiculous.
