J'avais envie depuis longtemps de venir goûter les madeleines d'Émilie !!
Malheureusement ce n'était pas a la hauteur de ce que j'imaginais. On va commencer par le service, j'ai attendu au moins une minute avant d'être vu & servi & cela parce-que j'ai interpellé la jeune vendeuse qui je pensais occupé dans la cuisine mais ce n'était pas le cas. J'ai commandé un smoothie, mais celui-ci n'était pas disponible, mais on m'a avisé seulement apres avoir réglé ma facture, j'ai du me rabattre sur autre chose. Le service est une des raisons principales pour lequel on revient ou pas !
Les madeleines étaient sèches & pourtant il n'était que 14h, j'ai pris fraises basilic & il me semble poire chocolat, mais on ne sentait pas le goût des fruits.

En général, on annonce les ruptures avant de prendre la commande du client si on est à jour sur ce qu'il nous reste ou pas !!

Remettez vous en question & sachez prendre les critiques pour vous améliorer !!
Il n'y a aucun doute que je trouverais mieux ailleurs !

Excellent ! C'est raffiné, c'est doux, c'est inventif ! Nous avouons juste avoir été un tantinet déçus de ne pas apercevoir la fameuse Émilie ;) pour une prochaine fois !

J'ai commandé une madeleine géante pour un anniversaire deux semaines à l'avance. Je devais la récupérer aujourd'hui, mais on m'a appelée ce matin pour me dire qu'en raison d'une erreur, ils n'étaient finalement pas capables de produire la commande, sans explication claire. On m'a simplement dit que la personne à l'accueil n'aurait pas dû prendre la commande. Pourtant elle semblait en formation & était aidée au moment de la prise de commande par quelqu'un qui s'apparentait à la gérante.
Le plus décevant : aucune vraie solution proposée (à part acheter des madeleines individuelles), aucun geste commercial, malgré une annulation le jour même d'un anniversaire.
Les madeleines sont très bonnes & je suis une habituée, ce qui rend la situation encore plus dommage.
Petit conseil : faites un suivi de votre commande quelques jours avant, car vous pourriez avoir une mauvaise surprise le jour J…

They specialize in the famous French little cake'Madeleine' & there are so many different flavours to choose from - both sweet & savoury ones. It was honestly hard to pick just a few because everything looked delicious!
The place itself is super cute, cozy, & very well located. Perfect for stopping by for a coffee & a small bite, but they also offer beautiful little boxes to take home, which would make such a nice gift idea.
Another really cool thing is that they can prepare customized flavours & larger quantities for parties & special occasions.
Friendly service, charming atmosphere, & a unique concept that's definitely worth discovering in Montreal. We totally recommend stopping by & trying a few different flavours!
Nous avons testé madeleine salé, sucré, sans gluten & un smoothie tous été bon mais sincèrement pas ouahhh plusieurs endroit offre des qualités similaires voir meilleur.
