La personne à l'accueille à passé 15 minutes au téléphone avec une collègue au lieu de me servir. J'ai dû lui demander (après 15 minutes d'attnte) pour qu'elle m'aborde...
Mais les cupcakes étaient excellents!

J'ai commandé plusieurs fois chez Les Glaceurs dans les dernières années & c'était toujours frais & de qualité. Par contre cette fois ci j'ai trouvé que la qualité avait baissé.. Sur mes 14 cupcakes 8 avaient l'air d'avoir été congelés & le gâteau s'effritaient en petite miettes bref ils n'étaient pas du tout moelleux. Je trouve ca dommage de plus que j'avais commandé d'avance..

My order was for pick up, usually very satisfied with the quality of the cupcakes. This time (Halloween) our cupcakes were stale & the decorating was bizarre (we selected a mixed Halloween order). It looked like it was decorated by an inexperienced employee. Disappointing, they didn't look or taste very nice at our party.

Cute little shop, with lots of delicious cupcakes. Service was fast & exceptional. Wasn't sure what to get but had a great Service from Maelie who helped me get the right ones & was very patient & Kind. Highly recommended.

I used to be a fan of Les Glaceurs for the last 10 years. I was always buying for work events when I was working downtown & I continued when I moved to Brossard. My last orders in the last 2 years left me with a very bitter taste. Last year I ordered over 60$ of cupcakes for an event where I needed to travel abroad & wanted to share them with my friends. Even though it was my mistake, I completely forgot to pick them up before the flight. After my return, I was not expecting much since a few weeks had passed. What frustrated me is that Les Glaceurs never reached out to remind me that I have an order waiting.
A few months back for dinner with friends & kids, I decided to give them another chance. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, asked for 4 boxes of mini cupcakes & I was given the look of'what you didn't preorder'? Moreover, after paying & asking for a bag, they didn't offer it, they asked for me to pay. If I'm again paying 60$ for cupcakes, the least is to make sure I can carry them safely & offer me a bag.
When the time came for the dessert, the icing was weird, over sugary & a bit hard. Even the kids didn't want more than one, which is not normal.
Not sure what happened to Lea Glaceurs but they are no longer on my list of recommendations & I discourage anyone from buying from them.

I've been ordering from Les Glaceurs on & off for the past 5 years & used to really enjoy their cupcakes. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. Over time, the icing has become overwhelmingly sweet... to the point where I can barely finish half a cupcake. The cupcake base itself is decent, but let's be honest, making a good vanilla or chocolate cupcake isn't exactly the hardest.. The icing is always aesthetically pleasing, but the flavours truly lack. This weekend I bought 2 strawberry vanilla, 2 lemon vanilla, & 2 of their limited edition cherry almond flavour. The cherry icing was especially disappointing, it had a strong chemical taste that clearly came from artificial flavouring. I've baked with artificial cherry extract before, & the unpleasant taste is unmistakable. The almond center was also overly sweet & lacked any real depth. I assume that was also artificially flavoured. Another thing that is dissapointing is the lack of icing variety. It would be great to see options like cream cheese frosting or other less sugary alternatives, but the choices are always the same.
I'm giving 2 stars because the cupcakes are visually impressive & the base is okay, but at over $5 a cupcake, the value just isn't there anymore. Disappointing overall.

J ai acheté un gâteau vegan pour les 2ans de ma filles. Il était très beau & très bon. Je recommande fortement !. J'ai également commandé 36 mini cupcakes personnalisés... whaou... ils ont respecté exactement mes images & inscriptions. les cupcakes sont identiques aux photos (très bien décorés)& en plus excellents. Merci

Les employés ont été adorables, puisque la boutique était calme, ils ont pu m'arranger un cupcake 🧁 révélation dernière minute afin que mon mari & moi puissions connaître le sexe du bébé sans devoir ouvrir une enveloppe. Ils ont été à l'écoute & ont trouvé une solution qui leur était possible & qui réglait notre problème 🩷. Merci pour la gentillesse & l'écoute.

I recently ordered wedding cupcakes from Les Glaceurs, & I couldn't be happier with the experience! The flavors were absolutely divine, ranging from classic vanilla to rich chocolate as well as smooth red velvet, & each cupcake was beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly helpful & accommodating, ensuring every detail was perfect for our big day. I just sent them a Pinterest picture of my ideal cupcakes & they gladly accepted to do them. Our guests raved about the cupcakes, & they were the ultimate sweet treat to complement our celebration. I highly recommend Les Glaceutd for anyone looking to elevate their event with delicious & stunning cupcakes!
