Friendly and always busy, this neighborhood gem has two addresses with a tasty and comforting menu, cooked with care by its owners Francine Brûlé and Serge Bruneau who receive each customer like at home. Bel endroit de la place Ville-Marie. Le personnel était accueillant. Au moment où nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait pas foule dans le restaurent, une quinzaine de table. Toutefois, nous avons attendu presque 20 minutes avant qu'on prenne notre commande de drink & 35 minutes avant de recevoir nos entrées (huîtres & soupe à l'oignon) mes huîtres étaient bonne. La soupe à l'oignon de mon conjoint semblait bonne mais n'était pas chaude selon lui. Limite tiède. Nos plats principaux étaient bon. Steak frites bien saignant. Sommes toute, c'était un bon repas mais qui aura pris 95 minutes en tout & que nous avons dû mangé rapidement puisque nous allions voir un spectacle. Il y avait pourtant beaucoup d'employés sur le plancher. 3 personnes à l'accueil, 2-3 serveurs sur le terrain avec plusieurs suiteurs & bossboy/bossgirl. Je recommande de prévoir 2h pour un repas. Notre serveuse Audrey était sympathique mais semblait avoir le plus grand des tables à servir.View more

This was one of my favourite spots to eat at with my husband. We love it so much, we had our wedding dinner here when it was still at the top of Place Ville Marie with the city views. A little bummed they moved to ground level but the food makes up for it.View more

The service was not good at all. We were a group of 9 & there were a few other groups. Which they were not prepared for. This happens. The waitress didn't acknowledge the long delays, did not look us in the eyes, did not ask if we wanted dessert even after we asked for the menu & just picked them up at some point. We asked for the receipt & it took about 45 minutes to get them. Horrible service but the food was good. We had to get her ourselves when we wanted to order from the menus.View more
