Nous sommes arrivés un peu pressé par le temps, car notre ami était sur le show Géante, puis il y avait une représentation à 21h30. Le responsable, sans nous faire passer devant les gens qui attendait déjà, a pris le temps de venir nous demander combien de temps nous avons, puis nous a ensuite installé à une table. Le serveur qui est venu nous voir connaissait déjà l'information & nous a donné un service rapide, mais impeccable. Le burger de poulet est à se jetter par terre! Wow! the chicken was REALLY dry. it took almost an hour for us to get our food after ordering it, the server was friendly & nice but the service was absolutely awful. i wouldnt go there again.View more

If was a happy accident to have stumbled upon this place. My family & I had just been to France a few weeks prior, & the last meal we had in Carcassonne was at a restaurant with the same name. It was a moment of Natalia for us, even though the cuisine being served was quite different. We had drove almost 5 hours to get to Montreal to celebrate a belated birthday for myself, but this helped make up for all that! The prices are expensive, but fortunately, not a deterrent for us. The food was amazing., & we just happened to be there during Montreals Jazz festival,so we had a live acrobatics show with dinner. A great option if money isn't a worry, as for us at the moment, it wasn't :)View more

It is a lovely place to sit outside on the pavillion walkway above Place Ville Marie. Lots of good people watching & an extensive outdoor seating area. Prices are pretty reasonable, both food & drinks. Food quality & preparation are okay but nothing special. A great casual place to enjoy a reasonable meal at a great outdoor spot.View more
Dined in with a friend, we ordered the Braised Beef & the Steak. The steak was pretty sad, it was probably the thinnest steak I've ever had, although the Braised Beef was actually decent. Onto the server... I don't understand why the waitress barely looked at us in the eye when serving any of our meals or asking what we wanted to order. I wish I got her name because she was quite awful to be having to be our waitress & truly wanted to take my tip back. The other servers we had were lovely apart from her. We noticed that she conversed very well with other people apart from us. Very odd vibe. Will not be coming back.View more
Very nice dinner experience, the entres were visually stunning & delicious. Drinks were well made, although the mojito was a bit on the sweeter side. The braised beef was a tad bit dry but overall still enjoyable. Last but certainly not the least, was the service. Staff was very attentive & friendly. I really appreciate the small cake they brought us for the birthday event, it made the night that much more memorable! Top notch service.View more

This experience was mediocre. The food was average. We waited a good 45 minutes after ordering, to receive our food, which was cold by the way. What really made my experience mediocre was the server assigned to us, Ivan. He came to our table 3 times to: take the order, give the entrees & pay the bill. We were served by a total of 4 different servers because Ivan was too busy elsewhere. We never got a second serving of water, or even were asked if the food was good with us. I give the restaurant 2 stars because the place was very clean & fancy looking, but that's the impression they want to make, & unfortunately, can't keep it up with the service they give.
