Within seconds of getting there, we were greeted by a very affable Cynthia. She answered all our questions (our first time at this particular location) & swiftly proceeded with our order. We were treated like old friends. While waiting, we were able to listen to other interactions with the customers & everyone received great service. A Saturday afternoon, & the number system worked very well.
The pizza, zeppole, bread, cannoli & cold cuts were all super tasty & fresh. What a treat & amazing experience we had.

In my opinion, buying a cake for someone should be a positive experience. However, while completing my purchase, I was disappointed by the unprofessional attitude of two mature ladies behind the counter. Throughout the entire transaction, there was no attempt at basic courtesy-no'please' or'thank you' was offered at any point. Forget about eye contact or a smile. After the payment was processed, one of them, handle the receipt rudely toward me instead of handing it to me or placing it down respectfully. She seemed bothered by my purchase &/ or presence at the bakery. Absolutely dissatisfied with the customer service offered. Sadly, I will not go back.

Cette pâtisserie mérite largement un 10/10. Les gâteaux sont aussi beaux que délicieux, les viennoiseries parfaitement croustillantes & moelleuses à la fois, & la charcuterie d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Le café est excellent & parfaitement préparé.
Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c'est le service : impeccable, chaleureux, attentif & professionnel. On se sent tout de suite bien accueilli.
Une adresse incontournable que je recommande les yeux fermés !
Great place! My Chinese grandfather went & doesn't speak English or French very well. Luckily, this worker named Jason knew Chinese & assisted him with his cake order & wrote happy new years in Chinese for him. Great place with great workers. I will definitely come here for cakes in the future.
Such a great experience! They made a mistake in my order right before the holidays, which is understandable considering how busy it was, & handled it so well! Quick response & very professional. Very happy with the service & obviously cakes & pastries are the best! Would definitely recommend.
Nous avons acheté un shortcake aux fraises pour la fête de ma fille, le cake etait bon mais malheureusement les fraises avaient un goût de vieux, certaines étaient pourries.

Leurs tiramisus ne goûtent pas grand-chose. De plus, lorsque vous en achetez un, assurez-vous de demander à la personne qui vous sert combien d'heures sont nécéssaires pour que le gâteau soit bien dégelé avant d'être mangé car une journée n'est pas suffisante.
Leurs shortcake aux fraises sont beaucoup trop crémeux & certains de leurs employés écrivent'Bonne fête' tout croche.
Toujours un plaisir venir ici… Le magasin avec la plus grande variétés de produits telles que leurs magnifiques desserts, sandwiches & plus encore!!!! N' oublier pas d'essayer le meilleur café/cappuccino en ville🥰 en fait tout est excellent ici je le recommande à tous!!! Le service est personnalisé & surtout très rapide avec une ambiance tellement agréable!!! Le propriétaire est une personne tellement sympathique & toujours soucieux que tout fonctionne à merveille!!! Everything is delicious, from their pizzas to their cakes, to their pastries or italian grocery selection. Very happy with all the products I've bought from here. Love sneaking in a'lunch' cannoli on my visits.
