"Disappointing that I cannot talk to someone in person to order a custom cake for a celebration. Was told to find a photo and order it on-line. I said I preferred to talk to someone to get suggestions but was told: "Find a photo of a cake you want. You don't know how to email a photo?" Thanks :( Will try out Amaretti."
