The place is really cute. We ordered the 7 chicken tenders pack & it was pretty good the fries too. The sauce came on the side as a dip instead of glazed on the tenders. It was the right amount of crunchy & the coating was light you can actually tase the chicken. Overall, I would recommend!
Delicious fried chicken & sandwiches! The combo portions are generous & I appreciate the variety of sauce options. The spicy chicken sandwich is also excellent.
THE PIECES ARE REALLY SMALL. :-( I just got the 10 pieces of thigh with 2 sauces to go, which cost $35 after tax & tip. I said to the nice lady at the cash that we're a family of 4, with 2 adults & 2 kids. No mention of how tiny the pieces are. There's barely enough food for one adult & one kid. My son & I will have to find another solution for dinner. It would cost $70 to feed a family of 4 in the end. Very disappointing. I will not go back.
$15 ++ tax for a tasteless cheese burger without any sauce !!!
The place & ambiance were nice, but the food was terrible! This blurry photo is all I have of my $15 chicken cheeseburger & they didn't even include any sauce inside the bun unless you paid an extra $3. Seriously? The patty was thin & the taste was bland. Definitely not worth trying at this price.
Right now at this point, I can start a series on'The most horrible things you can eat in Montreal'
Chicken was great, we tried 4 sauces - all delicious. Their cheese sticks had generous servings of cheese in them & were tasty. The decorations are very cute, they had us talking. Service was good, no complaints there!
Nailed that fried chicken sandwich with brioche bun, & yangnyum sauce. Would definitely visit again.
Well, we rarely give reviews to the restaurants we (my girlfriend & me) go to cause they mostly don't meet our expectations & make us disappointed, I'd like to share that the chicken here is the best we've tried overall in town recently. The service was excellent, the chicken was really fresh, crispy, & savoury, the sauce (the second most spicy garlic soy) was actually spicy & tasted like gochujang paste, & the portions were really generous & accompanied by really good fries. We recommend the coated version better than the plain one since the chicken alone is mildly seasoned (which is good it you prefer a neutral profile flavour). My go to is the boneless combo with the garlic soy sauce.
I appreciated how crispy the fried chicken was & the different sauces, but I suspect they use the same oil to fry the chicken than for spring rolls & shrimp tempura because it had a "fishy" taste, which is not what you want your chicken to taste like...
The fried chicken was delicious with big pieces, although it was a bit pricey. I saw their sauces were either sour or sweet & mentioned in their menu, so I didn't expect the spicy garlic sauce to be so sweet, which I dislike. I didn't enjoy their sauce & asked for extra ketchup, but they only brought two small sauces for five pieces of chicken, six pieces of fried cheese, & fries. Overl the fried chicken was so good. Fried cheese was better than average but not perfect. If they had mentioned that their garlic sauce was sweet or if they had at least brought me some more ketchup, my rating would be 5 star.
