Les Canailles is a lovely French bistro located in the new HOMA, Hochelaga-Maisonneuve area, which is developing at a fast pace. This restaurant, where you can bring your own wine has put in place a popular new concept of open kitchen on the dining room. The super friendly service and the excellent French cuisine are much appreciated by the clientele. The menu is amazingly interesting and makes it difficult to choose. There is a great choice of fresh fishes and seafood. Recently opened by the same experienced and well-known team of the restaurants: Monsieur B, O Thym, Les Héritiers and L'Emporte-Pièce, this new restaurant has easily made its place in the area. Très bonne ambiance, très bon service!
Il y a seulement le dessert au fromage qui goûtait étrange. Je ne recommande pas ce dessert, mais je recommande définitivement le risotto!

Les huîtres Rockfeller en entrée étaient très bonnes. L'idée du cari était excellente.
Toutefois, la suite du repas a été décevant. Les aubergines n'avaient pas de goût & les calmars étaient trop cuits.
L'ambiance est toutefois sympa.

Tout était délicieux 😋 le serveur était super gentil. Par contre, lorsque, qu'on a demandé du pain à une des serveuses on aurait dit qu'on lui demandait son premier né. Le shortcake était beaucoup trop sucré. Sinon tout était bien. J'ai passé un agréable moment.

il faisait très très très chaud à l'intérieur du restaurant
Pas d'air climatisé. Il faisait environ 28 degré celcius!
la nouriture est bonne mais rien d'exceptionnelle
Je recommande d'y aller si vous n'avez pas d'autre option
Comme c'est un AVV, tous les prix sont plus chers , par exemple une entrée de champignons de taille d'une entrée : 21$, rien de fancy; un plat principal en moyenne : 35$
