Les Canailles is a lovely French bistro located in the new HOMA, Hochelaga-Maisonneuve area, which is developing at a fast pace. This restaurant, where you can bring your own wine has put in place a popular new concept of open kitchen on the dining room. The super friendly service and the excellent French cuisine are much appreciated by the clientele. The menu is amazingly interesting and makes it difficult to choose. There is a great choice of fresh fishes and seafood. Recently opened by the same experienced and well-known team of the restaurants: Monsieur B, O Thym, Les Héritiers and L'Emporte-Pièce, this new restaurant has easily made its place in the area. Un repas correct, sans plus. Le tartare de saumon était épicé, mais manquait d'assaisonnements. Le mi-cuit n'était pas fondant. Le risotto était bien crémeux. Il y a eu deux erreurs durant notre service.
Première visite dans le cadre de MTL à Table, absolument exquis!!! La nourriture, l'ambiance, le service. Nous étions 3 avec des choix différents & tout était délicieux! À y retourner assurément!
Nous avons passé un très beau moment en famille. Le service a été super, l'ambiance était agréable, mais un peu bruyant. Malgré tout, notre nourriture était délicieuse & nous y retournerons assurément. C'était une belle découverte. Merci !

Restaurant was full as part of the Montreal a table event. Only 2 servers for the entire restaurant. Could definitely have used some help. Felt sorry for the staff as they were running around like crazy. Despite this, the food was very good. Service could have been more polished but overall they got the job done !
Nourriture vraiment délicieuse💙! Le service assez moyen, le serveur semble avoir oublié notre existence une partie de la soirée, pour la commande & la facture...
Pas assez savoureux, manque de raffinement dans l'ensemble. Vos tartares de boeuf & de saumon sont à revoir . Les pâtes sont à réinventées ainsi que les desserts . Nous n'avons malheureusement pas aimé notre expérience culinaire .
