Sadly me & my boyfriend went there to have a new experience of welcoming food, but instead of this we got completely shocked by the service & atmosphere. We checked the website before reserving to see if there were any rules, & to see how the cabane à sucre works. Then, when we went there the 21 march, we had a warm welcome & we got to our seats. We thought it was like a buffet, so we went to get food together. Afterwards when we got back, we were confused why we were the only ones with food. That's when a waitress came over, & started being subtly rude that there we had to be warned before going to the buffet. The people were judging us & kept talking bad about us!! It embarrassed us so badly, because we were new customers, & nothing showed on the website about this or neither the workers warned us. The lines over the tables were also not very straight, & people next to us did not respect these lines properly which we founded disrespectful. Please include these rules & more information in your website if you want more new people coming to your restaurant without having to live what we did! This is why I rate it a 2 out of 5, this just ruined our mood overall. Now we're scared to go to other cabane a sucre 🥲.

On est venu avec un petit groupe (11 personnes). Le service est correct, pas de musique d'ambiance; rien. Les chansonniers sont là les vendredis & samedis soirs....mais une musique d'ambiance se serait bien aussi? Non? C'était assez plein ce samefi 14 mars 2026. C'est un buffet donc on doit attendre de se faire servir la soupe aux pois pour espérer faire la ligne pour manger. L'attente a été longue.... Le pain servi était froid. La soupe était bonne, une chance parce qu'on a pas été impressionné par le restant! Pour ma part, les bines & les saucisses étaient bonnes. Ma femme a aimée le bacon & le jambon. Les desserts sont variables. La tarte au sucre est sans saveur, le pouding chômeur est bon. Pour 48$ par personne on s'attend à plus..... On avant essayé Besner l'année d'avant & c'était beaucoup mieux! Pas sûr d'être de retour, ma femme vous note encore moins que moi!
