At the ready-to-eat level, we want to make seafood and fish accessible and affordable.

We want to democratize the offer of these products that were previously only available in restaurants or fish shops.

It is now possible to pick up a dozen oysters or a tartar in less than 5 minutes! We also offer seafood platters. These can be created from the ready-to-eat items, but also with more upscale seafood and fish, available upon request. They must be ordered 24 to 48 hours in advance.

On site, we sell hot sauces from Piko (on Duluth) and Mark's sauce. You can also buy merchandise: sweaters, t-shirts, oyster knives, and even oyster shell earrings!
