Nous venons à L'Échappé depuis son ouverture & c'est notre restaurant coup de coeur à Joliette. Malheureusement, notre dernière visite a été très décevante. La serveuse n'a jamais été accueillante : aucun bonjour, aucun sourire, & nous avions constamment l'impression de la déranger. On avait demandé un steak saignant, mais il est arrivé cuit. Les erreurs arrivent, ce n'était pas le problème. Nous avons simplement demandé qu'il soit refait. La serveuse revient avec l'assiette avec la bonne cuisson la dépose & repars sans dire un mot. Du début à la fin du service il n'y a eu aucune communication appart pour prendre la commande. Lors des factures on lui mentionne qu'on croyais que la promotion de 5 $ s'appliquait à notre poutine. Elle nous a répondu d'un ton bête que « c'est seulement sur certaines poutines, c'est écrit à l'entrée ». C'est la première fois que je laisse 0 % de pourboire. Nous adorons ce restaurant, mais le service de cette soirée était très médiocre.

Only negative thing is the music is to loud & the choice of music is kinda no style & very annoying like house music on steroids with a constant same beat. We usually skip going there because of that.

Bar sportif où le sport est accompagné d'une musique lounge pendant un match du Canada à la Coupe du Monde. Très décevant, à ne pas y aller pour regarder du sports. Si ce n'est pas le Canadiens dites vous :'L'Échappé - Grill & Bar'

Pour le côté repas le service a été excellent rien à redire là dessus !

Assez déçu de mon expérience, quand tu vas aux resto ces pour du wow … hier pas vraiment , ailes sec trop cuite & la poutine froide , service extrêmement lent mais vraiment lent . Lent pour prendre la commande des drinks & lent pour la commande de repas . Très loin d'un wow mais un boffff
