Leaves House is a bright, airy vegan friendly cafe with a wide range of pastries, vegan baked goods, and drinks, praised for quality and a calm sunlit space that is ideal for studying or working, with plenty of seating and outlets but occasionally crowded; reviews note limited non sweet options, a preference for milks other than oat, and sometimes longer waits for food, while others praise the friendly staff, thoughtful touches, and drinks such as matcha, chai, and lavender lemonade; favorites include cookies, croissants, and berry danishes, and the overall vibe is welcoming for solo work or chats with friends, making Leaves House a great spot for coffee, pastries, and a study friendly atmosphere.
Light, airy atmosphere with a great selection of vegan baked goods, snacks, & drinks. Unfortunately I would not recommend the matcha latte because it had a yellowish tint & tasted strange, but other than that everything else tasted great & this is a great spot for both studying/working & chatting with friends.
The cappuccino was okay, there's only plant based milk which I didn't know, so not a huge fan of oatmilk in my coffee, but still good. It's a very good spot to study, low music, a lot of sunlight & lots of tables.

I've enjoyed all the drinks I've tried at Leaves - matcha, chai, london fog & lavender lemonade. They use high quality syrups & amazing macadamia milk, totally worth the extra 50 cents! I'm not a big fan of the scones, but the cookies & savoury options are quite good! They get food from Ohana Sushi freshly made there, I can 100% recommend the spring rolls :)
It's a great study spot because of how bright, quiet & spacious it is, plus there's always outlets available.
In my experience, the staff there are very friendly too! Overall, great place to go alone or with friends.
Really like this cafe for working as it has a lot of seating & a good study atmosphere. All the food is vegan which is great with a wide choice of pastries & sweet bakes - the cookies are my favourite!
Lovely café with a variety of baked goods. I tried their matcha & pâtés-both were amazing. Cafés like this create the perfect vibe, whether you're stopping by to enjoy a cup of coffee or looking for a spot to work remotely/study.

Very lovely cafe to work/study. The WiFi connection is fine. The staff is very kind. I wish they had non-vegan milk options, too. They have greay pistachio milk latte & oat milk latte. I also tried chocolate chip banana bread & Melange De Brais (probably misspelled :D). All were really good...
Their two Wi-Fi networks didn't work at all. Since it's a study space frequented by many students, please put a functional Wi-Fi network. Overall, the staff was kind !
This is a very charming & spacious cafe with space to study. Great service as well. The only con is that the iced drinks (notably the iced lattes) are always extremely watered down even if asked for less ice. I'm not sure if it's the way its prepared or if they put ice in the cup immediately before the espresso or milk but as soon as I get my iced drink, it doesn't even taste like coffee. If this is due to the organic espresso taste they use, then I guess that would make sense. It's just for a $8 latte, you would expect perfection (especially since 90% of their demographic are students).
Lovely vegan cafe with a large study space & plants that extends across the entire upper floor of the cafe. However, the wifi has given me a problem a few times so be warned. The scones are to die for & they have some bite-sized cookies that are gluten free. I recommend the classic matcha latte with macedamin nut milk (unsweetened).

Great coffee, service & a quiet place to work or study. However, don't get matcha as the matcha concentrate is pre made & gives the matcha drink a bitter taste with lots of bottom residue. Not worth it for the price.
This fully vegan cafe offers a wonderful range of plant-based pastries & drinks. This includes boba & turmeric lates. You can also purchase plants here & snacks. On top of that, it offers a great study spot in the middle of downtown right next to McGill.
