We tried multiple dishes as well as both desserts, & everything tasted extremely comforting & delicious! The service is really good too, the server took her time to explain everything to us about the dishes & we also had some help pairing a perfect wine with the dishes! Highly recommended!!
The food was absolutely amazing. We had the fried beans, the cod & the steak. It was all flavourful. We ended up ordering a second plate of the steak because that's how amazing it was. & the service was impeccable.
Un très bel endroit qui réussit à vous faire découvrir la beauté de la cuisine africaine venant de partout sur le continent! Nous avions fait une réservation pour trois & demander un plat végétalien qui a été une merveilleuse surprise😋. Nous recommendons fortement & reviendrons très bientôt !! Le plus: la petite bougie sur le gâteau pour me souhaiter ma fête alors que je n'avais rien dit 🥳 🥰 un service excellent & plein d'attention!! Merci!!

Service impeccable & belle décoration des lieux autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Un grand dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'option Halal &/ou très peu d'options végétariennes ou poisson dans la catégorie des plats principaux. C'était sommes toutes assez bon.
Le Virunga est un excellent restaurant ! Nous avons été tellement surpris de voir combien de la chèvre pouvait être aussi savoureux! C'est à se demander pourquoi ce n'est pas une viande plus commune au Québec, surtout que nous avons plusieurs Chèvrerie. Les goûts sont recherchés, les plats sont bien présentés. Le service est personnalisé, attentionné, parfait. J'y retournerai & c'est une superbe découverte!

Loved the place. The food was modern, visually appealing, tasty with a journey in Africa. Cocktails were inspiring & service was very attentive. Totally recommend it & will go back. Menu changes as per local availability. I unfortunately forgot to take a picture of our dessert.

On a été agréablement surpris que la personne nous ayant servi aie pris en compte nos allergies sans que nous ayons eu a le mentionner de nouveau. Bel attention, appréciée! Tout était excellent sauf les portions que nous avons trouvé petite par rapport au prix que nous avons payé. Belle expérience & de belles découvertes.
