"Excellent food and atmosphere. The only sticking point is the pork cheeks with beans done with shish taouk seasoning, it feels like it doesn't make much sense given the rest of the menu and might be better served using the ample maple available and doing maple barbeque baked beans instead. Otherwise the bistro did an excellent job."
