Without a doubt, the best Eggs Benedict I've ever had. The eggs were perfectly poached. The hollandaise sauce was rich, creamy, & surprisingly light. If you're an Eggs Benedict fan, this one is a must-try.

Des adolescents qui servent leurs clients sans réelle considération. Des plats dont on dirait qu'ils sont réchauffés sans qu'on les surveille, bien trop secs & bien trop salés. Comme la facture d'ailleurs. Pas vraiment ce qu'on s'attend à vivre comme expérience un matin de fin de semaine relaxe.
Une petite carte, mais une qualité vraiment top! Nous avons pris les oeufs bénédictines, vraiment excellent! Les cafés & lattes étaient très bon aussi.

Les plats qu'on avaient choisi étaient a la hauteur mais le service a la clientèle reste a désiré, j'explique : les serveuses font juste le minimum genre vraiment le minimum. Nous avons commandé un extra de sauce & d'oeuf qui n'est jamais arrivé & la serveuse était surprise qu'on avait pas reçu nos extra du genre oh! c'est jamais arrivé.. genre lol.. Je devrais aller le chercher a la cuisine? Est ce qu'on va retourner? NoN.

The veger pesto Benedictine was excellent.
The Chaï was excellent too.
It was a bit slow getting served but with the taste it shouldn't impact the score.

Le Vieux Velo is a very humble & charming cafe. The servers are gentle & accommodating. It is very bright inside. I can't recall hearing any music being played. Original artwork adorns the walls. We were seated immediately.
The menu is very concise. I believe they only do breakfast. We ordered the granola with fruit & yogurt along with the florentine eggs benedict. The food was very well prepared. The potatoes were very delicious. The small salad was dressed lightly. The hollandaise sauce was on point. Our taste buds did not really warm up to the coffee. It was a bit weak & lacking in a robust flavour for our taste buds. We are told however that it is very popular with many customers.
Two mains + 2 coffees was just under $50. If simplicity & good cooking is what you're looking for Le Vieux Velo will satisfy.
It's been a while since I've been truly surprised by exceptional food. I can't adequately describe how delicious & flavorful the Eggs Benedict were, every bite was perfectly executed.
The hot sauce deserves special mention it strikes an incredible balance between sweet & spicy that's absolutely on point.
