Le Toasteur Villeray is a breakfast and brunch restaurant in the heart of Villeray.
While the Toasteur concept has existed for several generations and has had several locations, it is in the Villeray district that it found its second wind.
At the end of 2020, we chose to flip the table, literally and figuratively! From reorganizing the space to redesigning the menu, we decided to renew ourselves. This was possible thanks to a passionate team and especially thanks to the neighborhood clientele who have been showing us their love of brunch for over 10 years.

Tried the blueberry pancakes & salmon eggs bene on the dill waffle. WOW. The smoothies were just as good, so fresh & tasty! Lovely staff as well. Be sure to check this place out!

Serait-il possible d'afficher sur GOOGLE que le restaurant est fermé jusqu'en Février 2025? Nous nous sommes malheureusement déplacés pour le constater & nous l'avons su en en regardant sur Instagram. Cela évite les désagréments. Merci :)
Stumbled upon this place on our last day in Montreal, whilst tiny this place exceeded all our expectations. We had the most incredible breakfast! Highly recommend!

Il y a souvent une file d'attente, mais la possibilité de donner son nom à l'entrée pour recevoir un SMS lorsque la table est prête, rend l'attente moins longue.
LE restaurant à déjeuner par excellence ! Le personnel est accueillant, les cafés sont toujours délicieux & le menu change aux 2 mois. Même en n'habitant plus à Montréal, j'y retourne toujours ! Un must !
Came here once two years ago. I couldn't remember the name or the address & kept looking for it. I JUST drove by it & saved the name just in case I forget it again. I'm over the moon & can't wait to go back!

J'y avais déjà été à quelques reprises. Je n'ai jamais été déçu. Mais aujourd'hui le 8 nov 2024, j'ai été renversé par ce déjeuner avec ma mère. C'était bon à ravir du début à la fin. C'est sans nul doute un des meilleurs endroits pour déjeuner du grand Montréal! Nous avons pris elle un jus aux carottes & moi à la goyave. Puis ma mère a pris le pain doré avec extra saucisses & moi la poutine déjeuner « alpine » avec extra asperge & une tranche de pain de chocolat & courgettes. Tout ça avec des cafés spécialisés sorties d'une machine de grande qualité. On ne peut y réserver & il faut éviter les heures d'affluences. Mais cherchez un moment moins couru & vous ne regretterez pas d'y aller!!! J'y retournerai c'est certain même si je demeure pourtant à Boucherville! Fais à noter, il est fort rare qu'un restaurant offre de remplacer la viande par de quoi de fort interessant végétarien ou végétalien & eux ils le font rendant ça interessant pour de vrai pour les végétariens & végétaliens.
