Tandoor was our go-to Indian place but the last few orders haven't been great. Lots of spice, not much flavour or texture. That coupled with a sharp increase in prices ($60+ for 2 people) means we've decided to stop eating here. Last order was a container filled with chicken & oil. No sauce. Really disappointing.
In response to the restaurant's reply: So even with the receipt stapled to the bag, & only 1 item in my order, I was still given the wrong food?
Maybe the worst indian restaurant south shore. The biryani was the worst with some orange color. Butter chicken had no flavour & all the meat were dry. Only the samousas were ok. Stay away
Food was excellent, as always! The tandoori chicken, lamb curry, & butter chicken are my favorite. & I always grab extra Naan, theirs is the best!!
I've ordered here a couple times, I love it. The food is quite delicious. It is expensive though. However, the last time I ordered butter chicken, one of the chicken pieces had gone bad & I had to throw it out & the naan had these odd ashy grey bits stuck to it. They tasted weird. I don't get what those were & if it was bc they hadn't cleaned wtv the naan was cooked on?? & sometimes I find that the naan is burnt too.
Les assiettes butter chicken Thali & chicken curry thali étaient délicieuses. Bonne quantité. Bonne valeur pour $. Je recommande.
Exceptional food & service! The butter chicken & palak paneer were cooked to perfection, with rich & authentic flavors. The staff were friendly & attentive. Highly recommend for authentic Indian cuisine.
Very Authentic taste, specially dal Makhni & chicken curry reminded me of Indian Dhabha restaurants. Spices & choice of ingredients is very good too
Good value for the money. Have had better saag paneer & butter chicken but the onion bhaji was amazing.
The Tandoori Chicken was tender & perfectly spiced. It had a great smoky flavor that makes it a standout dish.
Overall the food is okay! Since the new owners, everything changed. We can't bring our own wine anymore. Service : you can see that the waiter is not really used in greeting customers, he will not clean the entrees plates when he'll come to bring the main plates, he would come 2-3 times to ask if everything okay. I also had the thali butter chicken & there was 3 chicken cubes so portions wise it was pretty low.
