Nice interior & decor with average Indian food. We were in Montreal for two nights & tried two different Indian places for dinner. Interior is upscale & nicely done, but I'd say that is only thing that deserves 5 stars, things go down from there. we were able to compare this with the dinner at Darbar from the other night & we came back underwhelmed at the best from the quality of food & service. If you want to impress your girlfriend of special one with nice ambiance yeah this is decent place, but if you want to wow them with service & food, I'd stay away from there. Not worth it.Voir plus

J'ai mangé au Taj à deux reprises en juillet pendant une conférence : c'est de loin le meilleur restaurant indien que je connaisse. Les saveurs sont incroyables (& nous avons testé un certain nombre de plats) & l'accueil chaleureux. A essayer absolument !Voir plus

Conseillé par une amie. Nous avons adoré notre expérience. En commençant par l"accueil. Les serveurs expérimentés & professionnels. L"ambiance & l"excellente nourriture. We bumped into the this place as we were just walking around to find a place (did not want to use google maps...). The food was really exceptional. It is small restaurant in less crowded street in down town. The ambience is awesome. They asked do you have a reservation & we were like what... but they accommodated us with a 5 mins wait. All the dishes we tried was very good, especially their chicken xacutti!!! They are open only for dinner at this downtown place.Voir plus
Great location with very nice decor. Has a beautiful intimate vibe with dimmed lights. Their butter chicken was disappointing specifically for the price. You can eat better butter chicken in lots of different restaurants for cheaper. Their garlic nan bread I must say with their samosas were delicious! Good spot to try out once but you can find lots of better restaurants & you will end up saving half of what you spend here on your bill.Voir plus
