We had what should have been a simple situation turn into a completely unpleasant experience.

One member of our group accidentally forgot their ID. We understood the establishment's policy, didn't argue, & immediately agreed to leave respectfully.

What was completely unacceptable was what happened next. A woman named Sabrina, who we were told used to bartend there, inserted herself into the situation for no reason. She got in our faces, spoke to us aggressively, & escalated an interaction that was already over. She appeared to be heavily intoxicated, yet the bartender made no effort to intervene or de-escalate the situation.

We weren't asking for special treatment-we simply accepted the ID policy & were leaving. There was absolutely no reason for anyone to become confrontational.

The lack of professionalism & failure to manage the situation left a terrible impression. We expected staff to ensure a safe & respectful environment for everyone, but instead we witnessed the opposite.

Based on this experience, I won't be returning.

Service was great, the bartender Mackenzie was a sweetheart she was the only one I had the chance to deal with she was very professional. She had a very bright personality making the time there very enjoyable next time I come by hope I get her again!

I come here very often with friends to play indoor golf we always have a great time
Pro tip: come 15 minutes early to the golf sim & you could play an extra 15 minutes.
Also the pool is fun but you have to order a drink to play which is a bit annoying since I don't drink but loads of fun sometimes they allow us to play without ordering a drink depends on bartender. Honestly a great place to have an amazing night totally recommend

The manager was understanding, Zack is an amazing server, wonderful, however there is one server named McKenzie who was very very rude, & provided absolute attitude, she had a friend who treated me, outside the parking lot theeatening to attack me & hit me for providing feedback of her behaviour, & I wish the police was there to provide security & justice as there are individuals who threaten clients it is the responsibility of the establishment to provide security to clientele . I will be moving this complaint forward

I have been here several times & always enjoyed, Brad & the staff have been always pleasent. We are looking forward to our reservation March 21st.

Came on a Saturday night around 9:40pm not too busy just ok with one bouncer at door

There were 5 available pool tables on second floor

Cost $8.60 including taxes per hour
That's super deal & a steal here

Very spacious well maintained
They also upgraded indoor virtual golf spaces too

They now make you scan a QR code & book the golf sim online. No walk ins.

There is no food, but they let you order & bring it in, I think it is a great perk. Service was great & it was a nice atmosphere.
