"Although the food is okay, the service from the manager is absolutely disgusting. It has happened many times that I've had to deal with him and he never fails to be unpleasant as well as being extremely rude. I'm sure he thinks he's being efficient but it's not. Every time I go and I see it's him, I cringe and want to turn around and walk out."
