Hi Kevin!

The front desk staff gave me your card as i was raving about our amazing dinner last night!

I wanted to express my pleasant surprise with an unconventional & unexpectedly superior culinary experience for a hotel restaurant.

I had the salmon which was artfully presented & tasted delicious with each bite bringing a new delight.

My hubby had the pork cassoulet with sweet potato & salad. He said it was a perfect portion & so unique with the thin crisp sweet potatoes on top. He's a pilot & has eaten in his share of airport hotel restaurants .

We both had the tiki semaphore cocktail 🍹 which brought us both back to the Tiki lounge in Waikiki! Thanks for the mini vacation in every sip!

The service was amazing! Everyone was extra professional & well trained for a 5 star experience.

We look forward to our next meal at Semaphore & would actually plan & recommend an outing there to local friends & family.

Stayed at the hotel across the road. Followed advice in reviews to cross the street to La Semaphore. Angus burger was very tasty! Salad side was quite generous & shared with my husband. His fries were tasty too. Service was excellent. Prices were typical of hotel restaurants.

Nous avons eu la chance d'aller souper en ce dimanche soir 8 septembre au Restaurant Le Sémaphore lors de notre arrêt à l'hôtel DoubleTree. Devant nous levé tôt pour être tôt à l'aéroport nous avons décidé de coucher à l'hôtel histoire d'être moins fatigué. Sous les recommandations d'un ami j'ai choisi le DoubleTree parce que c'est à côté de l'aéroport, que tu peux y laisser ta voiture le temps de ton séjour à l'étranger, qu'il y a un service de navette gratuite vers l'aéroport & aussi parce qu'il y a un restaurant. Ayant fait de la route pour me rendre à Montréal l'idée d'avoir à en faire encore pour aller souper me répugnait & donc ce fut un plus en faveur de l'hôtel. Parlant du restaurant. Ce fut une agréable surprise. Vraiment. Ça part notre voyage en force!!! Un service exemplaire de la part d'Émelie, une nourriture vraiment bonne, super bien présentée. Tellement bien présentée que c'était dommage de détruire ces oeuvres d'art. Vraiment nous avons bien mangé & avons eu du plaisir au Sémaphore. Sans aucune hésitation j'y retournerai.

This is one of my favourite restaurants. I always stay at the same hotel when coming to work to Montreal & they never disappoint. Best chicken I've ever had. Other items on the menu are wonderful as well. The plates presentation are a work of art!! Delish!

Quick burger. Nice spicy sauce on a great burger with some well seasoned fries. Service was awesome - it was an early dinner so the woman working the bar took care of me. She was great. I actually walked over from the hotel across the street due to the reviews. Pleasantly surprised. One of the tables near me got the ribs. They looked & smelled really good. I might try them on my return.

Ate here because it was conveniently located in the hotel. The place is definitely under staffed & over priced. $80 dinner for 1 with no alcohol.... Steak with French fries & a small salad! Insane.
